How to install postgreSQL in xampp and integrate phppgadmin ?

I've a problem after login to phppgadmin

Error Loading all_db.php?action=tree&subject=server&server=localhost%3A5432%3Allow (200: OK)

What should i do? It says Your PHP installation does not support the pgsql module. You will need to install, enable, or compile it to use phpPgAdmin.

Followed you exactly -- made things '12' now since we are on pg 12 for windows. Still, when I go to 'localhost/phppgadmin' it gives me an "Access forbidden!" page.
