I have preferred HP desktops, printers, and laptops for decades. Today was the last time due to my warranty not being honored. I have an issue with the color red on my HP laptop. Anything red is an orange looking color. I was told by HP that I would have to speak to someone on a special team, but there would be a 'nominal charge'. He was saying that the warranty for this custom ordered laptop does not cover the fact that the color red is not correct. It was shipped this way. I'm just happy I didn't get their extended warranty. Today was a deal breaker.

HP is the best! I still use my EliteBook 8560p to this day because it still works.

HP has low quality laptops. The plastic casing started cracking within a year. The warranty doesn’t cover these plastic cracks and puts them in customer induced damage. Please do not buy these laptops.
Even the HP customer care is very rude. HP laptop quality has gone down. Never buy HP laptops
