Thank you so much! I just started playing this because I was bored of repetitive action and adventure games. I tried it for the first time yesterday, the game's great but I keep getting into bankruptcy because I kept on overbuilding, and I don't know what to do.

Great tutorial, Unfortunately it doesn't work very well if you don't have the DLC for the inland treatment plant, I've been following along and because I can't use the treatment plant im currently -5000 </3

Just want to ask. I followed this guide but on another map and I was on the verge of being bankrupt
When you had 20k I was down to 1K and had a very hard time getting it up

only thing is that us console players dont have inland water treatment plants
maybe a console version for people on console

did not help, i don’t have water treatment place unlocked. also i’m just very confused on how to do anything

we play multiplayer, why does it not start? we are on same server, we can build but time does not start. ´´Please wait until all players have reached the same play/pause state and speed. How to fix?

You never said what to do, to delete the initial road!

Im confused as to how i can follow everything you are doing, and i dont have access to the water treatment facility when you do, or how i build everything else the same as you and hit play but the houses get no power, no water, sewage backs up, etc etc, meanwhile i notice you do not hook up your power stations to anything, it even shows the icon to say its not connected, but the city grows happily with no issues?

Probably using some mods or something , but this tutorial is not newbie friendly at all as half the things you are doing are not happening on my side and the city goes to shit.

City Skylines truly shows how much of the US infrastructure is based around roads.

How to get the water treatment?

People it doesn't work left of the population of 15,000 to get the water treatment plant or you could just use cheats I didn't want to do that so I'm screwed

i dont know if my version is outdated or what not but i do not posses as much items that he can use in the water sections i don't have inland water treatment and what not only pumps waste and water towers until i get water treatment which i believe has to be waterside to work

maybe i dont have as many expansions

I definitely needed this. I played the hell out of Simcity back in the 1990s. I'd play at work when no one needed any tech support. Oh man, those were the days. We didn't even have the internet. We did have a 9600 baud modem though so I was all over the local BBS scheme. I probably downloaded Simcity from one of the warez sites. I did eventually buy the box copy because I wanted a sequel someday.
