I'm having a hard time getting the correct formula. Can you look at what I have and tell me how to fix it? "if(and(prop("Category 2") == "❓ Quiz")), if(empty(prop("PASS / FAIL"))), true)".

if you have a status property that goes from not started to in progress to completed, how do you use a formula to say 0, 50,100?

I work every saturday and monday. My formula for spaced repetition is the one bellow. How should I modify it to not include saturday and monday? Thanks in advance!

if(prop("S3"), dateAdd(prop("First Study Date"), 90, "days"), if(prop("S2"), dateAdd(prop("First Study Date"), 60, "days"), if(prop("S1"), dateAdd(prop("First Study Date"), 30, "days"), dateAdd(prop("First Study Date"), 1, "days"))))

Thank you, great video. This made formulas way less intimidating. I have a question, would there be a way to do this but where every project has different specific tasks?
Thank you!

Thank you for this video! I know it’s a year old but I was wondering if there’s a way to change what the text says before putting the date? Every time I input a new task, the “Today” already shows up. Can that be changed?

Man oh man, the effort you put in to providing such high quality - clearly explained FREE content is amazing. I tried pausing the videos and doing things myself before watching you do it once the video explained what you were about to do. I actually felt like I knew why I was doing stuff (as apposed to just doing what "miiiiight" work and hoping it doesn't mess anything). I feel like formulas are the last big thing I need to wrap my head around and I'm super excited for the rest of the series

I wanted to automate something on Notion table but I can’t quite figure out how to.

So basically I have a column for :
- Amount
- Recurring Period (Monthly, Annually, Biannually)
- Total Recurring

I want to multiply each AMOUNT based on its RECURRING PERIOD in the TOTAL RECURRING column, ie:

If RECURRING PERIOD = Monthly,
TOTAL RECURRING = Amount x 12

If RECURRING PERIOD = Annually,
TOTAL RECURRING = Amount x 1

If RECURRING PERIOD = Biannually,
TOTAL RECURRING = Amount x 2

Can someone lend me a helping hand? Thank you 🙏

Hello, thanks for this video it taught me something again ;)
I am a student and I would like to do the same thing but to follow my courses... Let me explain:
I have several subjects (so far it's normal), in these subjects I have several sequences with big parts inside
For example : Mathematics > Sequence 1 - Numerical functions > 1. equations and inequations of the second degree / 2. generalities on the numerical functions / 2. generalities on the numerical functions / EVALUATION
What I would like to have is to follow the progression by sequence and then have a more global progression on the subject
Still with my example of maths: to have the progression of the sequence 1 (100%), of the sequence 2 (60%) and of the sequence 3 (0%) and thanks to the progression of my sequences to give me the global progression of my subject of maths (53% of progression) and all that with a deadline for each sequence by subject.

I don't know if it's possible to do it, but until now I haven't found the solution so I'd like a little help please ;)

Hello Gregory. Can you please tell me if it is technically possible to set a condition with formulas so that, depending on the calendar date, the page status changes to: past, today, future? I want to achieve automatic movement of pages in board mode to different statuses.
