ОтветитьDefinitely got to warm up some, at 50 I can't help to notice how strong and really tone people who do calisthenics on regular basis look. That's how I want to look and also have that strength! Boy boy, I'm feeling intimidated just looking at this and I'm afraid of injuring myself, old people bones don't heal that quickly 😢

ОтветитьI think it would be helpful to have some videos of less fit people doing the exercises. I know that's probably not great for the clickiness of the thumbnails and maybe a lot of folks want to see very fit people doing the workout, but it would genuinely help me to see a complete beginner trying this stuff and getting some coaching or overlaid commentary on what is and isn't correct form, what parts are difficult for beginners, etc. It can be hard to gauge how difficult an exercise actually is when extremely lean and muscley people are used for all of the examples. For example, I have quite a gut, and it often restricts my movement by getting in the way or by not being flexible (I do appreciate the wide sumo stances used for these squats in that regards, though :D).

ОтветитьI started this program today. I thought two of the exercises were advanced, but I managed to do them. :) I am impressed also that each exercise works on the core and abs as well.
Two minutes of a rest seemed a lot for me, but I will try to stick to it.
When I looked at the mirror in the gym, I had the feeling that I was pumped up. So I wonder how it will go in 30 days.
Is it 30 days of workouts (if 3 per week, then 10 weeks), or 30 calendar days (including the rest days)?
This is no beginner exercise!😥
