If this doesn't solve the problem for you, then try to stop Web Deployment Agent in services, and if that doesn't too and you are using Skype, try to uncheck the check box that says "Use Port 80 and 443 for additional uncoming connections" in Skype under Tools->Advanced->Connection. Very helpful video.

This didn't work for me. I didn't need to install the service because i actually installed WAMP first. My professor would like us to use both Server 2008 and MySQL. Should i just use another port if i'm going to be using both?

If you cannot find "SQL Server Reporting Services" then try looking for "Web Deployment Agent Service". It worked for me.
