Wonder if the bathhouses are still around
Ответитьworking on the monestary since 1400, smh...
ОтветитьWhat makes me sad is that games like this are so damned rare. Most games are full of wizards and fantasy and over the top everythings. I mean it's so hard to find games that are based on reality and unapologetically represent it.
ОтветитьThat's pretty cool how much effort they put into it
ОтветитьJust came across this video. Jesus Christ be praised
ОтветитьWhat? Amazing!!!
ОтветитьIts almost a perfect game. Change the combat and lockpicking you have the makings of a new elder scrolls.
ОтветитьRTX OFF/RTX ON
ОтветитьThanks for the cool video. I wish the game developers further development and new KCD series ! @WarhorseStudios And donate some of your profits to restore all these beautiful buildings and castles.
ОтветитьI can’t wait to see what WH can do now that they have they have money in the bank!
ОтветитьEngraçado é esse monastério que depois de 600 anos não foi concluído, parece as obras da Odebrecht e do PT. E sim, sou o comentário BR que você procurava.
ОтветитьThis game must've been a real trip for people who live in the area
ОтветитьBest part about Rattay is the buried Architecture beneath it! Hitler talked about this stuff hush
Ответитьwhat happens in rowna again?
Ответить>go to rattay irl
>nobody speaks in a midlands accent
>immersion ruined
I really hope others recreate other places and times in history like they did with this. 1st century levant would be incredible.
ОтветитьI love that the flora around places like Thalmberg actually looks identical to the game. The Sage, Dandelions, etc. It's just so cool.
I play a lot of singleplayer games and KCD is by far my favourite RPG of all time.
I had no idea. I just thought they were ficticious places. This makes it even more immersive. What an incredible game. Every night I play, I can't wait. It's like stepping through a secret door back in time to another life
ОтветитьSasau town centre actually still looks almost the same if you looked from a different angle.
ОтветитьThe Monastery church still being under construction is hilarious xD
Ответитьstuff like this makes kingdome come timeless
Ответитьits funny that the monastery is still under construction
ОтветитьAbsolutely mindblowing.... i didnt knew it was that accurate, i even looked in google maps and the map of the game is exactly like the real one, many of the rowns are still there
Ответить''Things go slowly in Bohemia.'' As someone who was born there and raised there for a good amount of time, I have to say that the statement is true. When it comes to making decisions in Bohemia, we are worse than the Vatican council. Things are neglected so much that if you ever visit the Prague National Museum, you might see the scars left behind from the Russian occupation of 1969, where troops were shooting into the crowd of demonstrators.
It's like when you see those comparison pictures of now vs then, and you think it can't be true. But it is. First, we were part of the Holy Roman Empire, where we somewhat prospered. Then we were under Austro-Hungarian rule, which, economically speaking, was quite alright. After WWI, we gained independence, making us filthy rich, as we got to decide what to do with our economy until Mr. Schmitler came and took that away. After WWII, we gained our second independence and managed to rise again and create at least a stable economy. But Stalin had different plans, and so we became communist. We had 40 years of an absolute economic disaster, making the country dirt poor (which says something about other countries of the Eastern block, since we were one of the richest in that part of the world). In 1989, we got rid of the communists, but we had a bad case of Russian/Czech oligarchism, which almost ran our economy into the ground. It was only in the past three years that we started to rise economically again.
So if you see that nothing has changed over the past 600 years in the Kingdom of Bohemia, there is a reason. We were and still are struggling economically.
top comparison ever )
ОтветитьSo cool! Developers have made just incredibly realistic simulation of Medieval life (even though I do not like fighting system). And they took some boring countryside as a basis and filled it with nice locations, quests and personalities, which is also amazing. Where is KCD2 ?!
ОтветитьIs it called rattay in real life?
ОтветитьKingdom come ❤
ОтветитьAlong with GTAV, this is most immersive & best game I've played.
ОтветитьGolden Czech hands <3
Ответитьthey went so far with attention to details they named some of the in game monks after actual monks who lived in that monastery in the time period of the game
ОтветитьI didn't know that. That is incredible! Thanks for the video. Now I have to go and visit aswell..
ОтветитьIt is obvious the main castle received extensive renovations during the 17th to 18th century to turn what was a medieval castle into an attempt at a late-modern stately home for a lord. It also seems that the place hasn't seen any renovations since, which I assume means that shortly after that period it stopped being a home, so came into the possession of a family who owned it but never lived there. As for the smaller castle, it looks like it was neglected for a very long time then was converted into a boarding house or a convent or something at one point then itself later abandoned. Also all the battlements were stripped, the moat filled in, the land around both castles raised and filled. The place was purposefully stripped of defensive structures at some point, It was obvious that point was some time ago too, likely the 19th century.
ОтветитьI´m so happy KCD is getting that well deserved admiration. This game is beautiful even just for traveling around and feasting Your eyes on the landscapes and towns. Of course these old structures are getting overgrown, but it´s not like we forget it. These places are precious part of our history and are one of the most popular destination for weekend trips.
ОтветитьI actually am planning to go to Prague with my boyfriend and then visit Sasau, Rattaj, ecc.
ОтветитьThe original frescoes are currently being uncovered in the Sázav Monastery
ОтветитьI'd love to own a house in Rattay. I bet house prices have gone way up since the release of the game due to fans wanting to live in them and making offers to buy.
ОтветитьINCREDIBLE
ОтветитьI used to be a Skalitz gaurd just like you. But then i took an arrow to the knee.
ОтветитьI'm surprised how accurate Sasau Monetary looks in the game. Like it looks like they often traced the actual brick works
ОтветитьWonderful., Thanks. I play and love this game as well as history.
ОтветитьPlease give me the real life names of these place and the cities they are in,Czech Republic ,please send google map links, if I ever go to Czech Republic I will obviously visist these places
