There is no neon option in my laptop

I dont have this option in Lenovo

I'm running Linux Mint XFCE, and upon booting my laptop, I encounter a brief message that reads "amdgpu: STONEY not supported in kfd." After that, the welcome screen appears, but when I enter my login password, the laptop goes into a restart loop. How can I resolve this issue?

Hello, I installed it and after booting I can see: “Loading Xen 4.14.5 … Loading Linux 5.15.94-1.qubes.fc32.x86_64 … Loading initial ramdisk …” Then the screen goes black. Any suggestions? Thanks
