I’m going to be completely honest, I thought this was not going to be good. I didn’t think the vegetables would go with the buffalo sauce but man this stuff is great!

ОтветитьI gotta say, when I was cooking down the vegetables it smelled pretty rough but when it was all together its really good. The zucchini adds a little sweet crunch and the Franks adds a nice kick to top it off. I can def choke this down all week lol

ОтветитьI started out making this and ended up with a kinda Mediterranean lemon pepper chicken and rice! Not exactly what you made but one of the best things I’ve ate. Thanks for the inspiration!

ОтветитьI tried this with some left over shredded rotisserie chicken and it was pretty great. Buffalo sauce isn't that common in Australia, i tend to just substitute sriracha. A little spicier but it still tastes great

ОтветитьWas eating bits of the chicken while I was cutting it and so far it was delicious. Licked some of the mixture off the spoon during filling containers and yumm. Love the videos. I live at my job 4 days and 3 nights and your videos make lunch/dinner easy and delicious.
Next up is making the hamburger kale thing for lunches and dinners.

ОтветитьI am a (ex) stoner who currently is going through cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome. Look it up (please if you're a stoner, too, be careful!) but basically I haven't been able to eat anything non BRAT (Bread, Rice, Applesauce, Toast) since about a week ago. I really want to turn things around and use your recipes as a new addiction. Just looking at this food in my starving state makes me drool.
