Watching this video after the graze and wounds on my right leg wouldn't heal/gotten infected two weeks after falling and injuring both knees/legs and hands. Wounds everywhere else has healed but the grazed bit which became infected! (Surprisingly)

For infected wounds are we meant to scrape off/ wipe off the infected/yellow pus/bits?

Originally they were given me clindmison 150mg 2 4 times a day Now, after four weeks of dressings being changed were silver and everything else, they decided to do a swab, and it came back with some infection that does not need oxygen to survive, so they've prescribed me metronidazole 400mg one 3 times a day But instead of giving me dressings and silver at home, they changed my dressing on Monday, and now they're going to change it again on Thursday. They've also put this Jal on top of the ulcers. But I think my Dresden should be changed more regular. Can they give me these things for AT home

My dog jumped up on me and his claw went into my arm an I had a 1/2 inch deep and 1 inch long scratch. I have been dropping iodine on it three times a day, but it still stings when I do it.
