I love this, mostly these type of craft rooms are Bee styled and to see a Butterfly craft room in a real life setting is so fab! Love it!
ОтветитьGreat video!
ОтветитьTeachers need you...you should work with teachers! Lol
ОтветитьGod! I got anxiety from just listening to this flash card story.. Too much detail 😆
ОтветитьI don't work with teachers.... I'm devastated! But it's true, we keep too much stuff. LOL
ОтветитьI love watching your videos!! They always give me new ideas and motivation to organize and put together my tiny apartment 😂 our bedrooms are literal closets. My bed takes up half of my room wall to wall😅 and my daughter has so many toys but I'm trying my best ❤️💕 thank you so much!
ОтветитьHer decorating is Beautiful ❤️😍!
ОтветитьVery inspiring. Fantastic job.
ОтветитьWOW Stacy that looks FANTASTIC!!!!!!
ОтветитьI'm loving all the comments from other teachers...lol
Ответитьawesome...sweet Stacy...love her space...I'm a Special Education Teacher too...have the little ones as well...I connected with her. We do keep everything...lol...I'm learning to let go.
Ответить😂
ОтветитьGosh! I got a little teary! So happy for you Stacy!
ОтветитьShe is so relatable! Thank you two
ОтветитьThese videos are really helping me! I just get lost in my mind. These really help
ОтветитьCas!!! I just had a HUGE break through! I've been organizing my paperwork all wrong for years! Thanks for this video. I am a cricket, but with 5 kids have learned to be more ladybug and use BIG categories. Still no luck with paperwork. I was watching this video and the 💡 moment came when you said to zone 1st. It dawned on me I always thought I HAD zoned already because my papers were only in one place. I realized I had to zone each paper into a big category 1st, then I could declutter. Duh. I was trying to declutter as I went through the stack, which is okay for obvious trash, but then I was overwhelmed because I couldn't make decisions fast 'cuz there were no smaller categories. Your system works perfectly. Thanks for sharing.
ОтветитьWorking for someone for tow months for 250 dollars: that’s not the clients fault. That’s the professional not being able to set boundaries. I work as an artist I have to quote people all the time and be firm and set boundaries. I know your a lot better now but the story should be a warning to all professionals. Be SUPER clear up front on how much time you are willing to exchange for what you have quoted your client!

ОтветитьI normally don't watch the "crafty" make overs because they don't resonate with me. I am SO glad that I watched this one though. Stacy appears to be such a wonderful woman, and I was rooting for her all the way. Teachers really helped me to grow into the woman I became, and Stacy reminded me of them. The result was perfect for who she seems to be. As an aside, any video with Cas is always amazing!
ОтветитьI still can't figure out witch bug i am ... is there a ADHD bug 😒 i like all the styles but seeing them all gives me Anxiety and makes me feel overwhelmed and then my brain goes into to hyper mod trying to be all the bugs 🙃 Jesus please take this messy wheel! I know its not about what we like but what works .... i have no clue what works everyone of my rooms looks the same a MESS .... 😖
ОтветитьThank you for being real. We all have days where we feel that we are hanging on by a thread and even it's frayed. ThT emotionally we are done and over it and being iverwhelmed only makes it worse. So I'm glad I'm not alone and with you being honest with us, it helps people to understand that it's okay not to be okay.
Thank you for all your great ideas and for your honest reality moments.
So glad I found this video! I am refreshing my craft room organization by decluttering the pockets of stuff that have accumulated since I last organized. This was the inspiration I needed! Thanks!
ОтветитьStacy seemed very sweet, open minded, and really wanted to be helped to organize. The other teacher you mentioned at the end, if she didn’t offer you more money for the time you had to spend at her home, that speaks volumes to the type of person she is. I don’t think it’s the occupation so much as it is the personality you are working with. I’m glad you were able to help both! 💖
ОтветитьWay to go Stacy, this looks great!🤩
ОтветитьHow do I figure out what kind of Decluttering bug I am? Lady bug.. cricket.. butterfly..?🤷♀️
ОтветитьYes that is so what I need!!!!
ОтветитьGreat video as always! Love. Your. Sweater!
ОтветитьI want info on your Facebook class
Ответитьgreat audio - sounds high quality
ОтветитьWow! This is SO relatable. This is me! I’m saving this video to listen to probably over n over again when I’m feeling dizzy and overwhelmed and having a hard time suppressing the perfectionist that needs it all done!
ОтветитьI 1st got excited to see her Puero Rico shirt , lots of family there xoxox
And I have had so much anxiety from all the stuff I have collected in my craftroom and get so overwhelmed. I have given items away with hime decluttering but my so hard to give from this area. I do have to boxes full so far for a nursing home and need to just deliver so not staring at it . But have so many DT Christmas items etc. Would love zoned area but better yet to feel no anxiety when wanting to craft I feel like moving items from one area to another . Tfs great job xoxo
WOW!
ОтветитьHi Cass, thank you for making my life sooo much better!!!
I was on a waitlist for “The Four Tendencies,” and just got it. Cass , it explains everything! I see why I find time to do things for others, but not me. I have all day to do my physical therapy exercises, but they don’t get done till the end of the day. And I shouldn’t do them while watching tv! I think the reason I do them is because the physical therapist is “watching” to make sure I do them. Accountability! Same with going to Weight watchers for years.
“
Being of service, till I’m not. “. Wow, I never seem to volunteer at anything more than a few years. I just took the test and can’t wait to read the book. Thank you.
That gal with How to ADDD is great. But she talks sooo fast!
You are awesome! Happy holiday season to you
Good job Stacey!!!! This was so inspiring. 😊😊😊❤️❤️❤️
ОтветитьFinally! Someone who sounds just like me when it comes to crafting!!😂
ОтветитьI’m so overwhelmed in my Studio Room… (arts and crafts space)…. I feel I’m stuck in the “Messy middle” all the time.
Thank you for this! It’s helpful!!! =)
I used to be a preschool teacher but I am the type of person who gets rid of stuff and then think, of bummer I could have used that... But I always found something else to use instead... 😂 Must be the organizer in me... 🤷😅
ОтветитьYES, YES, YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I could NEVER get tired of transformation videos!
My craft room is a big mess as we speak. I'm in the process of a complete decluttering my home from over 25 years of collecting. I'm making progress and I'm doing my craft room last...it's so overwhelming.
ОтветитьStacy did a wonderful job with your help! I love the idea of zones!
ОтветитьWhat would be cool is if we could have had more video. What where the tasks. What steps. So everyone watching could see what you are talking about.
ОтветитьTeachers need floor to ceiling cabinets with clear labeled bins. Organize like with like system. And a huge table in the center of the room!
ОтветитьI’m working on my sewing/craft room, but I’m not being successful. I’d love to see more like this. The rest of my house isn’t too bad, although I continue to find things to donate every time I go through the house. My craft room = disaster
ОтветитьI loved your afterword. I'm a cricket who has also learned that lesson from you! I love micro, but sometimes all you need is a bin! 😂
ОтветитьCass I am a teacher but I am the opposite of the ones you met. Why? I am a specialist who changes among classrooms so I need to grab fast what I need. I have a small limited space at school for my items, although I have some items related to my job in my home, I also limited my space for them. That's the best decision I made. Greetings from Spain
ОтветитьI'm a cricket teacher :( It's hard! Hahaha! I have also switched between special ed and general ed. So I have things for infant developmental level to 4th grade general ed level. Moving across country at the end of the school year and nervous to try and pack and get rid of stuff.
ОтветитьExcellent💯👍👏
ОтветитьSo, I too am a "cricket teacher," and while I always appreciate your stories at the end of your videos, this one hit home for me. Cas, it has been a breakthrough for me to follow your advice to start with macro organization and know that "you can always go back and make it perfect later" (which I often find I'm content and don't need to!). I'm in Take Your House Back and your paper system has changed everything for me!! ❤️ Thank you for sharing the lessons you've learned!
ОтветитьWow! It’s so pretty!
ОтветитьIf you charge by the hour, you might find teachers are your best clients!
