I would love to download the pattern but I still didn't receive the link, is this still available??
ОтветитьAshley. Thanks so much! 😁 I just completed this vest, and it was my first time knitting a garment!!!! (hats and scarfs for 3 months)
It took me 3 days, I used Drops Snow in marshmallow and it took 5.5 balls of 50g.
Now I want to do your super chunky cardigan 😀✨
I'm so excited! 😀✨😀✨
Thank you so much!
I’m making this vest, what needles are you using for the neck? My needle set has tips that are too long to make a 16” are your needles fixed? If so where can I get them? BTW I’m making your Fall bluff sweater too… love your videos!
ОтветитьThis is so fun. I kind of want to do a brioche version.
ОтветитьHi there, I am a new knitter. Where can I see the pattern pls? Thank you
ОтветитьThanks Ashley for this great tutorial! You inspire me to knit wearables ❤
ОтветитьThank you Ashley for this tutorial, I've knit quite a few hats and mittens but I've never felt I could graduate to sweaters or even vests due to the piecing together of the parts and also the commitment. This pattern looks like something I could perhaps manage so I will be keeping my eye out for some yarn I suppose to try this. Thank you so much in advance. I like that it's a bigger yarn that you used because it's important when a person is trying a project they feel they will complete it eventually, so this looks like it could build my confidence in moving past making hats hehehe.
ОтветитьThis is really helpful! I was wondering roughly how many stitches I’d need to cast on for a European size S ?
ОтветитьHow do i download the pattern😭 Every time i try it doesn’t send me anything
ОтветитьI learned so much! I am in the process of making a top like this for the first time and had reached the point of the neck and shoulder shaping and didn't really know how to go forward until I saw your video. Thank you so much.
ОтветитьThenk you
ОтветитьTürkçe çeviri yapabilirmisiniz bu şekilde anlaşılmıyor teşekkürler
Ответитьcan I use 3 mm needle?
ОтветитьHi! I tried a few times to download the pattern but it’s not working
ОтветитьI really enjoy your pattern. It is my first garment and the pattern was really easy to follow. In my case, I needed to use a stretchy bo because it wouldn't fit though my head. Thank you.
ОтветитьSo I did 13 rows of 10 stitches in stockinette and it turned out as 3/3” but I’m really set on using this yarn (it’s pretty stretchy and I like the way it looks+I really want it to be more lightweight) I’m really new to making clothes and I’m about average in size. What would you recommend I do? I really hope this isn’t an annoying question lol
ОтветитьThis video was SO helpful! Thank you so much. I had a written patteren put had a hard time understanding the instructions. You explain it so well! <3
ОтветитьThank you so much! I finished my first vest a year ago based on your instructions mainly! Still coming back to this video when I need some recaps ❤❤❤
ОтветитьHow long does this project take for a beginner would you estimate? This video is so detailed i’m excited to try !
ОтветитьWow that was so well prepared! You can really tell that a lot of work was put into this. Thank you so much for the motivation ❤
ОтветитьThank you Ashley I love this pattern I'm going to try and knit it ❤
ОтветитьQuise tejer este patrón hermoso , pero hasta anoche pude colocar traduccion a español (soy de Chile) pero hoy el video ya no permite la traducción a español 😔 alcance solo a tejer la pretina jajaajjajajaj
ОтветитьWould you need to change anything for a male version?! Apart from size?
ОтветитьWHAT BROWSER ARE WE SUPPOSE TO USE TO BE ABLE TO PRINT THE PDF...
ОтветитьI AM HAVING A PROBLEM WITH THE PRINTING OF THE INSTRUCTIONS
Ответитьi knitted the body and the neck but now i want to do long sleeves instead of sleeveless sweater. what would you recommend? thanks!

ОтветитьHello can anyone tell me how many days does it take to finish this .??
ОтветитьIs it possible to use another tipo of niddle?
I don't have circular ones but I really wanted to try you pattern
Thank you so much for this wonderful tutorial! I can’t wait to get the yarn and start knitting! Very helpful.
ОтветитьGreat instruction and thank you for the tutorial.
ОтветитьJust a follow up, so loved this pattern, greatly appreciated!
ОтветитьGreat tutorial, easy to follow. Completed using two strand of size 4 weight Lionbrand yarn and now have a beautiful vest. Thank you.
ОтветитьCan I have the measurements, please ?
ОтветитьHello! I hope you might see this - first of all THANK YOU for this free pattern and tutorial ✨ I am a complete beginner and I think this has sparked a new hobby! I've been non-stop knitting! My question is... I've knitted the collar, but I now see that I picked up the stitches from inconsistent rows... I've done the right sleeve and it's much better. My OCD is telling me I should re-do it! Can I unravel the collar and do it again iwthout disrupting the front/backsides?
ОтветитьHi! I dont get why i should make the gauge swatch.
ОтветитьThank you so much! Your instruction is the easiest to follow for a beginner like me.
ОтветитьI have only sall yearns.
ОтветитьI just realized I bought the wrong length needles, I bought 23 inches instead of 40. I don’t know if it matters that except that it’s going to be a little uncomfortable to knit with, but does it matter that much? (I’m a beginner so I don’t have much experience with this)
ОтветитьI would just like to say that I started this without doing a gauge swatch, used the wrong size needles, and held two random yarns together to make this. I was perfectly on gauge. I had nowhere else to flex this so that is all.
ОтветитьI love the precision keep up
Ответитьwondeful tutorial! im new to knitting and its always nice to watch a well structured/detailed video i can easily follow! keep up the amazing work 💗
ОтветитьI just discovered you today. This is the type of common sense knitting info I've been looking for, since I'm a new knitter.
I want to make the body length of this sweater longer, so that it covers the high hip. Can I assume that I would add the appropriate number of rows (on front & back obviously) between the ribbed waistband...and the armpit decreases to accomplish this longer length?? OR...do you have another pattern that is longer by design? Again, being new, I'm not sure how much I can play with the original pattern.
The pattern indicates 3-5" of ease, based on the bust circumference being the chosen size. A bust measurement doesn't work if you're "hippy". Does that 5" ease include the waistband? If I chose a larger size, not for bust, but for hip coverage...seems like that would throw the upper pattern out of whack. How would you work out some of the ease up top...dropping stitches?? I don't even know where to start with this.
My background is sewing & tailoring clothing, so it's easy for me to change literally every feature of a garment. Yarn, however, terrifies me!! :-)
Thanks so much!
Hey, I have never knitted before and thinking to start with that pattern. Do you think is this possible for such a beginner?🤗
ОтветитьI started knitting a few months ago and stumbled across this tutorial early on, saving it for when I felt ready. I started it a few days ago and just finished tonight. I’m incredibly proud! It’s beautiful! Thank you for a clear tutorial. It was a joy to watch you knit this an you made it accessible for me to knit, too.
ОтветитьThank you for the tutorial. Could you please explain how I knit a v neck instead of a round one ? Thank you.
ОтветитьHi I'm beginner knitter I hv o doubt that can this be fitted to gents because I want to knit a sweater to my 20year old son pl reply tq
