I've just realised that the guy in the coffee shop is now probably the most lethal member of the Ukrainian army catering corp. Serves coffee to his comrades in the morning and spends the afternoon clearing Russian trenches with his flamethrower.

I love Lviv. It used to be Polish city before 2WW and my Polish grand parents were born there. The reason why the cemetery is important to visit is that many great Polish poets, authors and scientists were buried there. There are also graves of very young soldiers who were fighting to save the city. Incredible place to see.

Who knew you were capturing the people & the beauty of everyday life there! We honestly are not that different from each other. Shame on the greedy few that have no problem just killing people & ruining lives, because one guy just has to have “a little more”.
I’m so sad for everyone livng there & it certainly should REMIND AMERICANS, just how wonderful DEMOCRACY IS.

I have been following the humanitarian effors going on in Ukraine amids the chaos their lives were plunged in. Seeing it through your eyes gives me a view of how it used to be and in a small sence i can share their grief of what they lost. I take my hat off to all the Ukranians.
