Multiple Criteria for a Single Field in MS Access - Office 365

hi, how to do if it is a number not a string?

hi id like to set up a multi value field , but cant finf the options for that on the lookup wizard , is there another way to do it?

how to setup the form? how to get "CA, NY" data output for IN funtion? :)
