How to migrate Mailbox to Google Workspace | Email Migration

When executing the migration I get a 11021 impersonation error. This is because (like in the video) I am trying to migrate using the same address therefore I have my MX records pointing to my new google workspace account and not my old Microsoft 360 Outlook account. Should I temporarily point them back to the Microsoft account in order to do the migration? Thanks for the video! Was very helpful.

Thank you for the video. I'm concered that there are no delta syncs until cutover. If there was then this method is perfect but sadly it looks like delta option was left out

I want to test out the migration before doing it for my entire team. Is is possible to migrate data first prior to the MX records step to port over to google workspace?

Have a couple of questions, 1. when i have a domain setup done in office 365, how do i create same email id on Google workspace. 2. want to understand on domains records setup as well for both office 365 and google workspace during the migration process. My client has 5 domains and several email accounts under it. They want to move to google workspace. If i add 5 users and rest of the email accounts as aliases for the main account, how will i be able to migrate data to an alias? Because the client doesnot want all of the email accounts to be separate users since it will use another license. How can i transfer the email accounts without making each of them a user? Please advice. 🙏

Thanks for the video! I'm migrating from Zoho, but when I follow the steps, I get "Internal Server Error (25002)" after adding a user. It never shows the progress bar. The issue has persisted for several hours across multiple devices and browsers. Are you aware of anything on MY end that could be causing this, or do you think I just need to wait a while for the error at Google's servers to go away?
