The cost of saddle bags for what is essentially a backpack is outrageous.
ОтветитьThis clone speaks like its about to be terminated any second and wants to get all the info out before he goes. I had slow down the playback speed so I could properly understand everything!
ОтветитьBut what about sport bike and naked bike riders? We have baggage too
ОтветитьThanks for the review.
ОтветитьWatched this then went to Amazon and found waterproof saddlebags I could replace 9x over, vs. the Muskos.
ОтветитьA question - what do you mean by 'armoured'? I have a couple of OS6 bags on the tank frames of my Himalayan and other Kriega kit from US5, 10, 20 and rucksacks and waist packs and I wouldn't describe any of them as armoured. Tough, yes but armour for me means the bits in riding kit that covers my joints and back and saved me from worse injuries a few years ago.
Ответить#45 getting better
ОтветитьI wasn't sure about this guy, but he got my go-to subway order. I guess he's alright.
ОтветитьIt's like watching a movie
ОтветитьAndy Strapz saddle bags are better than all of those shown.
Ответитьa tough diving bag with a couple of bungy straps does the trip. Less than 50$ for a 50gallon water tight bag. A lot of the GEAR is just money grabs.
Ответить$1,300 for a bag what the fuck
ОтветитьInterested in a European trip and taking in some easier sections of the TET, the high quality soft bags look great. The only worry in the bigger cities are thieves with Stanley/razor/carpet knives….the hard cases seem a little more secure. If a thief want to break in they will but it’s a Lille harder for the passing opportunist.
ОтветитьRogal Bags are even better for $200 fully waterproof. But they’re from Poland and merica is centre of universe so you don’t know about that 😂
ОтветитьWho would think, riders exposed to the elements would need a place to put things?
ОтветитьI'm happy with fresh couple large disposable bags and awesome 4-hand bungee cord for below 2 USD including both!
Riding ain't about gears, it's about passion 😎
My Mosko Moto Reckless 80L is one of the best gear i have bought. Well worth the money.
Yes it is really expensive, luckily i got it slightly used for about 450$.
Where is Ryan?
ОтветитьAnd each and every side bag is made in China and available for 25% of the name brand… on Amazon, Temu, Ali express ext….
ОтветитьI got the V3 Reckless 80l last spring (23) and took it on some serious on and off road mileage, absolutely apex predator gear. Ultimately pointless to upgrade to the 24 model but I very well might swap out the beaver for one with those two way Molle's.
ОтветитьThe best AND worst thing about Mosko Moto? Their constant innovation, how the greatest luggage manufactuerer continues to improve upon perfection is mind boggling. I just get a little bummed how every piece I ever bought is somehow made better (thankfully not obsolete) within a year or 2 of purchasing it... Great products, great company
ОтветитьWhy hasn't the mono-wheel motorcycle trailer thing ever really taken off? Get all that weight and clutter off the bike and sitting atop a suspended single wheel, which hinges and leans and follows the bike naturally in the motorcycle's slip stream? And can hold a lot more weight and crap? And can be left at the campsite while the rider carves up highways without the bulk messing up their handling?
Ответитьbeen loving my budget 48L rhinowalk rackless bags.. been taking a beating in the Ontario wilderness on my crf...
ОтветитьI wish the Tusk rackless system was brought into the video. I feel it's price point makes it a fantastic system.
ОтветитьThe think is that while some of these are lighter than a rack and soft pannier set up (Mosko Moto excepted they are pretty heavy), they also hold the weight much higher. I've had the Kriega system, which is a quality piece of kit, but it wouldn't be my choice for a long trip (read 3-6 month tour) where you will be in and out of the bags a lot.
Ответить***** Hey, can y'all make something for seats? Like which is good for what, how can we ride for longer distance and what minor mods we can do to it?
ОтветитьI do like my Kriegas..
ОтветитьOGIO saddle bags -- best ive had and waterproof and great price!
ОтветитьGreat video - but it would be worth looking at the weight of the saddle bags you reviewed. I rejected my Mosko Moto gear as it was simply too heavy for lightweight off-road adventure riding. No point in having a light adventure motorcycle and then adding Mosko heavyweight luggage ! Kriega and 21 brothers saddle bags are the best all round choice in my opinion.
ОтветитьPhil Hartman AI did the Nord VPN ad?
ОтветитьDarn. I really want something that matches my scrambler.
ОтветитьThese videos are so good they make me wish I lived in Canada just so I could buy from F9
Ответить😂 think I'll stick with my 35ltr per side hard panniers, ST1100
ОтветитьSafety Third? Someones been to TTITD.
ОтветитьNot all of these are saddlebags, some of them are sidebags aka panniers.
ОтветитьNot really a subway fan, but for some strange reason I'm craving subway now...
ОтветитьWhere’s Ryan?
ОтветитьVestigial... He used "Vestigial" in a sentence. Impressive for a cheeky bastard.
ОтветитьOnce again a thoughtful and well done review.
24 countries so far with 21 of those being 2up. The security and durability of locking metal side bags (Jesse) has kept our gear and electronics safe and . I can see the advantages of soft bags but the physical security and durablity of metal bags provides us some distinct and unique advantages. We still strap a small Ortlieb Duffel with the waterproof T-zip closure on the tail rack surrounded by a PacSafe Anti-Theft Backpack & Bag Protector and lock that to the bike. With metal bags you know exactly how much room you have to split lanes in busy cities because the bike's width never changes and you don't have to monitor loose straps.
I am a tank bag user and really like my Enduristan Sandstorm Tank Bag, (and their accessory bits). W carrying a spare map sleeve in one of the saddlebags as a document case, as well as, an extra clip and strap. Nothing is more useless than a tank bag that has lost its ability to remain attached to your tank.
What is the phone mount on that sweet DR650? Is it what you used on the Oregon BDR?
ОтветитьA video dropping just in time for Christmas!
No mention of the budget Rhinowalk panniers that i used in my latest 3 day MotoCamp video.
Feel free to check out the breath taking views we have in Australia, on my channel TWOWHEELERSPARKY 😄
Mosko are shit just because of the price. Anything this expensive should be going around the workd not costa coffee lol
ОтветитьItchy Boots uses Mosko not surprised they got first place.
ОтветитьThis is great help with saddlebag selection. I really didn't realize the advantages of these new systems, as I only have experience with the horseshoe and classical designs.
ОтветитьI use the SW-MOTECH Drybag350, its $90, waterproof and clips right off
Ответить"Ootlander" 😅
ОтветитьHello, if I sent you some used gear to test (and destroy) would you be able to tell me if it's any good? I'm just wondering about the quality of my riding gear. Thanks.
Ответитьyou really need to look into indian market and manufacturer
ОтветитьDefinitely the most informative cheeky bastard on earth!😃
