My app got rejected because i had google signin and they wanted apple signin to. Next time it got rejected because i had apple signin and google signin both and not a skip login button. Wtf is this why cant they review at once . I needed to restructure my whole app. Now i am trying to cram there so called guideline which changes frequently

Hey, Hitesh... I am facing from India and I am facing an issue in enrolling into apple developers program. The issue is in the payment section. Can you please tell me which banks credit card(Visa or MasterCard) you used to enroll into the apple developer account and also let me know the name of the bank. Would you buy an iPhone with all features working perfectly except one ? Would you accept the offer if apple says, take this iPhone home, check if its other features are working fine ? Your answer will be why should I waste my time ? So why should apple waste its resources on an app if it was already rejected on one aspect. I can reply your other complaints as well but try to understand their perspective as well.

While watching your video 3 years later, I just received my 3rd rejection app review from apple. Zero review done by google play.

If you actually go through privacy policies, those are the rules to protect the user. Basically, even if it’s a free app, if you’re tracking using google analytics and such, the privacy laws require you to not tag any personal information to the data you are collecting. So I understand that you want to remarked to purchased students, but that remarketing should be handled by the system where the system or yourself or admins cannot track the purchased users personal details. Say Anna buys your course, you or your app can collect any data related to Anna but the identifier should protect Anna. You must not be able to figure out personal details of your tracked user. That’s evasion of privacy according to the laws. You probably know this now

Where is the fucking logic???

I hate Apple. Just to get an Apple developer account it took more than a month. They and their stupid excuses. Getting our app to the Playstore was like just a couple of hours process and a week for review. And then you are done. This video was made in 2017 and they are still the same.

For Christ sake, is so paintfull when i have to deal with Apple things. I did 4 apps for iPhone and more than 10 for Android just because not worth some times do all that submitting process. Google is much better dealing with developers, have more support and, even with all this Androids versions out there, is so much easier to create things because Google has this legacy code that provide support even when you create something for olders devices.

Apple doesn't give a f-ck about developers and the community. They can decide tomorrow to remove some new feature that they just put on the current IOS version and, just like that, your app not gonna make to the end of the proccess until you go all the way back and remove some code or make some changes.
To be honest i always have a feeling that Apple dont want to allow news apps on App Store. They just want to put their own apps and some of the most popular to shine. RIP Apple.

hello I create complete apple developer account enrollment, and they sent me a mail. My account ready with in 2 days, now today is third day but i did not receive any email.

Hitesh you are only criticising apple review process, Apple has very strong guidelines so that you can push good quality app, Android is lacking but gradually they are also start following apple. User’s personal data you can not transfer to third party, see HIPPA guidelines.

I have made an ios app for a website which is a news website showing various articles. I made it using web viewer and added two bottom navigations and submitted to apple store but they rejected it saying it is showing white screen because of website loading time…
So I added an arrangement with loading animation and set the web viewer invisible for 7-10 seconds till it loads completely and then hides the loading arrangement and set visible to web viewer…

but still, they are saying now that the app has minimum functionality

I have 3 apps with the same things which are rejected…
I used thunkable X version to make this app

So I had a very similar experience. They are so 'userfriendly' and all but at what cost. The developers don't even get real feedback. They just plainly send a point of their guidelines and don't point out where exactly it is violated. They have a total monopoly. Then we thought about publishing it outside the App Store. Turns out you can't unless you have a small app with an enterprise 100$ or more extra account. This is in every way insane. They should be sued by some organization looking into this.

This video was a waste. He complains that Apple did not allow Android courses in his app. Duh!!! Coca-Cola employees cannot drink Pepsi at work. CBS does not promote shows on ABC. That is the real world, get used to it. Smartest thing for him to do, is put the courses on his website, then they become available to 99% of smart devices with a web browser.

I thought this video would be along the lines of how to solve common app rejection issues from Apple. No such luck. This is not that video.

The student’s e-mail address made sense.... buy a course once and have it available on any device. Which he could do if he followed my suggestion above. Problem solved.

I am an Apple Developer. I would not hire this guy to develop any apps. Also, I am not a big fan of In App Purchases. In my opinion, that technology has not matured. I really do not like apps that nickel and dime the user. Or worse yet, $0.00 items that have to be purchased for an app. Why aren’t those freebies integrated into the app in the first place?!?!?!?!?!?

My apps DO NOT have In App Purchases, advertising, or nagging pop ups to rate my apps. I believe that people should get what they pay for. And if good people like an app, they will voluntarily rate it. My apps also DO NOT collect any user information. Thank you for buying my app/s, hope you like it/them, but beyond that... I respect the user’s privacy.

apple wont listen to us his right. i got rejected many times. they give you apple guidelines but they dont give you points on how to solve the issue. and stuck on searching to internet, hope they will see this video so as developer we are following your guidelines with an specific points to solve the issue. i encounter 5.2.1 issue on the guideline it doesnt make sense to us cause we are not do copyright hays so so disappointed

You are correct Hitesh. The process of App submission in Apple is so difficult that soon developers stop doing so.

Instead of accessing email, you could have very easily done it from the server with user authentication. I wouldn't want any app to have access to my emails.
