ОтветитьI’ve been doing Nicole’s Pilates videos for a year or more. I try at least on the weekends , but this summer really worked on 3-4 times a week. I didn’t realize how much stronger I was becoming. Yesterday I was able to do 100 crunches, and I could have done more! My normal crunch limit was about 40. I feel so much better than before I started Pilates. Thank you Nicole for all the fantastic content!

ОтветитьI don’t think I’ve ever loved a workout so much that I can’t express how much I love it, I’ve always find most workouts either too hard, too easy, too boring or too long, but this, this was perfect it was just the right amount of challenging and wasn’t boring, and at the end I felt refreshed and even a little less bloated 😅. I love this and def with be doing it everyday, I’m mind blown!

ОтветитьAs a plus sized person with weak wrists, I found this work out difficult to do (my stomach got in the way of the child's pose and I know my back was all out of alignment). I'm sure this is a great work out for straight-sized individuals, and I hope to come back to this video in a few months, but I wanted to give the feedback, since you seem like a creator interested in inclusivity and ability. I'm not sure how to modify these exercises on my own, so for now I'll be moving on to another one of your videos. Thank you!

ОтветитьI want to get fitter and following this workout it has become even clearer that I need to give my body some more love. Today I followed slowly and had to stop some excersises a bit earlier. I feel that my shoulders, hips and core are the weakest. My stamina is okay, but I struggle finding a good breathing pattern. Let's see how that'll be in a month!
ОтветитьI used to do pilates about 12 years ago after having my daughter, fell out of the habit. Just got back into it yesterday with this video, and I could only make it halfway through. I'm so out of shape, but I love the burn I got all over from just 10 minutes. This routine has got me excited for future workouts, thank you so much for this! 🙌
