In the words of the late great bobby knight if you know you're going to be assaulted why not just
ОтветитьExcelente película...
ОтветитьOne of the greatest scenes in film when considered with what came before re: these two characters
Ответитьabsolute cringe, great acting, but a terribly written movie
ОтветитьDamn Dally you showed up and showed out in the end 💪
ОтветитьRacism is taught, humanity is instinctive. We are all the same.
ОтветитьNejlepší scéna z filmu. Pokaždé u toho pláču
Ответитьatonement inspite of the nasty “so called bad guy “ he saved her god and the music nearly had me thinking it would end bad
Ответитьit is still one of the most beautiful scenes in cinema , December 2024
ОтветитьHer reaction truly shows the power SA has over its victim. In that moment shed rather died than have him touch her...
ОтветитьThis scene is so cliché. His redemption came way too easy. The entire movie was simplistic. It definitely didn’t deserve an Oscar over Brokeback Mountain, a superior film yet still very cliche and simplistic. The Bush era of films was really about being as shallow as possible. The impact of 9/11 on U.S. culture at the time needs to be critically studied.
ОтветитьThis scene tugged at my heart
ОтветитьMatt Dillon fully deserved his Oscar nomination. It shows that when it comes down to it, we are all human. Was he wrong for being racist and harassing others? Absolutely. But can we change/repent to be better people? Yes. Otherwise, what’s the point?
ОтветитьUffffff hard scene, make me cry
ОтветитьBrave performances from both Matt Dillon and Thandie Newton...wow.
ОтветитьThe layers of this movie is so deep
Ответить🥹
ОтветитьI want to know why did they crash?
ОтветитьShe was disgusted with him
ОтветитьPeople say second chances aren’t good enough. Sometimes it’s true. Sometimes it isn’t. But I like to think that some people can change and better their ways when given the second chance.
ОтветитьI randomly think about this scene and come back to watch...
ОтветитьWhat a deeply evil movie
ОтветитьOne of the most underrated movies. Directed to totally take you out of your comfort zone.
ОтветитьThis movie seems to point out that people you think are really bad people, may very well have something really bad about them, but they can also be very good people at the same time. So stop being so GD judgy. Work on yourself before you go out there yelling about how other people need to better themselves.
ОтветитьBeen more than a decade and still so fresh, the emotions this one scene carries is just phenomenal, it has hate, love, compassion fight and the BMG soothes everything, i cried the first time I saw the movie and i was school kid so i understand, but now im grown man and i still get my eyes wet, its not about being kid or being grown, man or woman its a powerful scene and even after 14 years it makes me feel emotional means the actors, musicians and makers have done some tremendous work ❤
ОтветитьIts not about being kid or being grown, man or woman its a powerful scene and even after 14 years it makes me feel emotional means the actors, musicians and makers have done some tremendous work ❤
ОтветитьThis one scene and the BMG rather entire movie will always be close to my emotions and my heart ❤
ОтветитьThis movie aged terribly
ОтветитьWhich film was supposed to win that year?
Ответить"Look at me".
"You embarrass me , you embarrass yourself".
Love this scene…people say Brokeback should have won the Best Picture Oscar rather than Crash but I disagree. They’re both good
ОтветитьNo human nor super computer coulda create a dialogue that would supersede or match the looks they give each other at the end. It’s done absolutely perfectly
ОтветитьThis scene reminds us how ironic life is . The cop is indeed a racist but at the same time he seems to believe in a purpose of saving lives. The woman therefore, even though doesn't want him to save her, realizes she has no other choice, because there are times life traps us and there's no option
ОтветитьYeah… so I’m not sold. He’s still an absolute POS. And he does not get to feel heroic about anything.
ОтветитьIt makes me sad people hate this movie so much now
ОтветитьThis scene is brilliant, but without the misuc could not be that powerful.
ОтветитьThe music to this is incredible.
ОтветитьHe knew it was his fault. Circumstances created redemption. It's always the right time to be better to do better always. Better.
ОтветитьOne of the greatest movies ever made!
ОтветитьI think he redeemed himself 😊😢
ОтветитьDefinately something you probably wouldnt see in this politicially charged time.
Despite her dire situation, she' s too traumatized to have him help her.
Him seeing how much his actions affected her.
Him trying to redeem himself.
Him going back into possible death to save her and in a way, himself.
Her look of both appreciation but not sure she can ever forgive him.
Him there trying to think about what has happened and just reflecting.
A lot od movies feel the need to tie everything up in a knot. I always appreciate film that aren't afraid to evaulate the grey area and let the viewer come to their own conclusions.
Redemption!
ОтветитьOne of the most beautiful scenes ever filmed. Ever!❤
ОтветитьThos movie had so many good scene..people can really learn from it..
ОтветитьMatt Damon played his character role very well deserved as the bad cop and hero at the same time..... At the end of the day he was a phenomenal and amazing hero and he saved her from dying in the fire...... I have to give him a standing ovation for playing his character role very well in the movie crash....this scene was very heartbroken and very emotionally heartbroken for me to watch because it literally broke my heart and Soul.... Matt Damon and thandie Newton both deserve an academy award and Oscar award for playing their character roles very well in the movie.....
ОтветитьSong is from cowboy Bebop
ОтветитьNotice they can't (won't) make movies like this anymore? That's the real tragedy. This was the era for film and music.
ОтветитьOscar deserved
Ответить2025 brought me here
