Symfony tutorial: Doctrine Events

Hi work on project real estate search engine front reactjs and symfony backend i want to create automatic notification system every day i create new announce the system loop filters table switch users id if that announce satisfies the conditions in 24h i send to that user email contains new announce or announces in template that i made it please can you help me ?? (user_id) filter table
