I am going to try making my own rainbow highlighter and I found the essence candies eyeshadow palette which is in pastel. Because the palette is already pastel colored, do you think I need to add more white highlight/ shimmer or should i use a more colored highlight in order to not washout the colors?

Foiled eyeshadows? But the palette says "Modern Mattes." I have the Modern Mattes palette, and they are completely matte, as the name suggests. The foiled eyeshadow pans you showed after the palette are colors that aren't even in the palette. Did you by chance pick up the wrong palette?
