When Demoman says 'In hell! as a a catchphrase, that is a reference to the Zac Snyder adaptation of 300. Demoman is Scottish you see, and Gerard Butler, who played Leonidas is Scottish. Not many people notice this, but there was a slight hint of Gerard Butlers native Scottish accent that slipped into his line delivery of Leonidas, Spartan king.

It is subtle, and hard to notice, but if you listen carefully to his dialogue, and read up on accents and speech coaching, you can kind of hear it.

But anyway, not you too can understand this reference. You are welcome!
