He could have stopped at a certain point and it would have been fine but he went a little too far.

Sadly, it's one of the only good parts of the movie. The rest of this movie heavily relies on shock juvenile humor, which is not my cup of tea. I saw this in the theaters years ago. Me and my sister didn't like it. I wish the rest of the movie had more humor like this. Instead of the juvenile shock humor. Plus, it had projectile vomiting, which ticked me off. The music was great but the movie wasn't good and occasionally it had funny moments but overall I didn't like this movie at all because it's overall brand of humor wasn't for me personally. Also I expected a message at the end of how this lifestyle is not good . But I didn't see him give a speech about that at all. Maybe there's that kind of message in this movie and I just missed that. I do agree his criticism started out good until he insulted him. But I still don't like this movie because of the things I mentioned here. If you like this movie good for you I'm happy you enjoyed it. But it just wasn't my cup of tea.

Well, Aldous should've realized what he was receiving the moment he requested brutal honesty. Especially coming from an actual fan that shouldn't lie to anyone including himself about the terrible soundtrack. Anybody being unfairly overpaid to produce whatever bullshit they could exploit don't deserve anything else but their gizzards ripped out and handed to them on a hot platter so the harsh reality teabags their half-witted noggins. That being said, Aaron could've courteously suggested alternatives to improve Aldous' content and assure he's off the hard partying lifestyle so he could achieve his greatest potential even with absurdity. However, there's stupid people who simply refuse to commit to either.

I use this scene as a reference almost weekly. Peppered with hateful respect might be the best back handed slap ever.

Lol I remember watching this movie when it first came out. It kept me on the edge the entire time, I realized then and more so now that it is deeply meaningful. I've never seen a more intense comedy.
