How to Fix Bluetooth Problems in Windows 10

I still have problems... I have all the settings setup but, when I am trying to add a device it's not finding any device to add. All the settings are ok. I don't know why .. please help if you can

I solved it - turn bluetooth off,use the charging cable that came with my tablet,and boom! Much faster transfer,and no computer crashes!

I do find the video useful and very informative. Really great video. However my issue was not solved. I have a ibuypower pc with windows 10. I tried to access my bios as described but when I do the bios freezes. So I can't check the bluetooth there to sure it's enabled there. I checked all of the other methods that you gave but so far nada. Hopefully we can figure this out. Thanks
