touch package.json is not working

The tutorial you have uploaded is full of issues, I can't do anything after adding the code for web3. Line after line of trying to solve all the errors after installing web3 nothing is working. I receive undefined when console logging the ethereum wallet.
Please redo this tutorial, it's cause me nothing but frustration.

i get this error when i try to "truffle migrate"
Error: Returned values aren't valid, did it run Out of Gas?
what should i do to fix it!? (Truffle v5.0.2 (core: 5.0.2))

edit: still shows same error but now the balance is affected... probably a version problem?

Hi, I made a smart contract for my school project. It is to allow a tenant to place rental deposit in the contract and allow landlord(owner) to release back deposit if unit is ok upon returning.

I have migrated it to testnet and started making the web3 part.

But i have a doubt: with me deploying to testnet with my account, does it mean that I automatically becomes the owner(landlord) of the contract?
I do not wish to be either landlord/tenant, but only hope other parties can make their transaction on my block chain.
Is this feasible?
