i need to push up image in retrofit in android studio example

ApiInterface apiInterface=RetrofitClient.getRetrofitInstance().create(ApiInterface.class);

In this line the create method is getting an error like, Cannot resolve method 'create(java.lang.Class<com.example.water_delivery.ApiInterface>)'
how to resolve the problem?
