As someone with Rhinitis I have tried it all, sometimes I have to drink a lot of Antihistamine just to be able to breathe in 1 nostril, might try this one except the cord one, I have a broken nose I can crack it, So I do not want to try the nose one, also reminds me that time they did a gastrocopy and inserted the probe through the nose XD.

Not sure why you advise against using a plastic neti pot - how would this change anything? I have so much mucus discharge after a neti rinse it is impossible not to to (gently) clear out my sinuses of all this loosened mucus with a tissue, half of which is dripping out of my nostrils. And why does one have to walk while holding one's breath during the apnea walk? How does putting a neti rubber thread up the nose, thru the sinus and out the mouth clean the sinus? Clearly, this is not the same as flossing one's teeth.

The fact we're all being constantly fumigated with chemtrails that are probably killing us on purpose and barely anyways cares cuz they can't see the truth is one of reasons a ton of people cant breathe well anymore

After sitting here for probably an hour, completely miserable from cold congestion, I have looked at about 4 different videos to try to de-clog. Nothing really helped. That first apnea walk literally is the first thing to make significant difference to my nose. I've been massaging all over my face from other videos--it's bruised feeling, and very sore....and didn't work. I will be applying this regularly--thank you!

There are reported cases of people who died from an infection after having use tap water to clean their sinuses so I'm glad you insisted on the absolutely need to boil water before using it. I also add that it would probably be preferable that the salt is added before boiling the water (salt can be contaminated too) and to boil water for at least 3 minutes.

If you have lactose intolerance and/or gluten sensitivity issues, you will have mucus built up in your nose. There are also mucus causing foods including: corn, among other foods. You can look up the list online. As long as you stay away from these certain foods, your congestion will mimimize or completely go away. You're welcome.

Not a fan of neti pots. It does clear out the nasal passages for a bit. It's very easy to get water into your ears—and sometimes hard to get it out. I always end up with some water hiding in a sinus or somewhere, so it ends up being a couple minutes of blowing water out of my nose intermittently, as it migrates from wherever it's hiding back into the nasal passages. Then a few drops will fall out of my nose unexpectedly a few minutes later... and again a few minutes later. It's a hassle.

In WW2 my grandfather had a terrible sinus infection and it was very bad and painful. They didn’t have any meds so the medic used a piano wire to do the nasal flossing which seemed very dangerous. But my grandpa said it helped everything release.

Lucas, I have been doing these three apnea walks per day. At the beginning I could not do more that 6seconds. Now I am doing the three sets just following you. My questions are: (1) could I do these three rounds more than once a day?; (2) three rounds is sufficient ? ;(3) any other tip - advise on this? Thanks again for your outstanding and successful effort of sharing health knowledge with us. Greetings from Mexico City. I hope you come some time soon to give a presentation. There are a lot of people here that would be please to meet you here. Thanks
