Ответитьhow much $$$ if you get that thread stuck up there?
ОтветитьLove from India ❤❤❤
ОтветитьI’m so impressed
ОтветитьI am an Indian. In my family, we used to practice these things. And these are genuinely very helpful.
ОтветитьI'm almost in doubt how well the first one worked! Wow! Thank you so much!!!!
ОтветитьFirst one really helped a lot
ОтветитьI eat Kun Pao and minutes later...sinus it's out!
ОтветитьNever use your saliva as it has millions of gems in it and can cause more harm than good
ОтветитьAs someone with Rhinitis I have tried it all, sometimes I have to drink a lot of Antihistamine just to be able to breathe in 1 nostril, might try this one except the cord one, I have a broken nose I can crack it, So I do not want to try the nose one, also reminds me that time they did a gastrocopy and inserted the probe through the nose XD.
ОтветитьThis wont unblock your congestion. This is not some drain sewer omg
ОтветитьNot sure why you advise against using a plastic neti pot - how would this change anything? I have so much mucus discharge after a neti rinse it is impossible not to to (gently) clear out my sinuses of all this loosened mucus with a tissue, half of which is dripping out of my nostrils. And why does one have to walk while holding one's breath during the apnea walk? How does putting a neti rubber thread up the nose, thru the sinus and out the mouth clean the sinus? Clearly, this is not the same as flossing one's teeth.
ОтветитьThe fact we're all being constantly fumigated with chemtrails that are probably killing us on purpose and barely anyways cares cuz they can't see the truth is one of reasons a ton of people cant breathe well anymore
ОтветитьDoes Navage work
ОтветитьApnea Walk works man ! Thanks a MILLION!
ОтветитьUnderrated
ОтветитьOMG the walk really worked for me!!!
ОтветитьBruh I can’t even hold my breath for 5 seconds without my body gasping for air.
ОтветитьNoseYoga. Omg that walk really worked!!
I have a stuffed nose so goddarn often.
Right on man! Thanks
After sitting here for probably an hour, completely miserable from cold congestion, I have looked at about 4 different videos to try to de-clog. Nothing really helped. That first apnea walk literally is the first thing to make significant difference to my nose. I've been massaging all over my face from other videos--it's bruised feeling, and very sore....and didn't work. I will be applying this regularly--thank you!
ОтветитьHurry my nose suffocating
ОтветитьIt's hard to sleep when you can't breathe through your nose...I've been sick since Christmas Day, and I feel like I've gotten worse...and I just want to breathe again.
ОтветитьThat went from 0 to 100 really fast...
ОтветитьFirst exercise is very effective.
Deftly im looking forward to try the other two but sure thing the walking apnea helped me a lot. ❤ Thanks broter.
There are reported cases of people who died from an infection after having use tap water to clean their sinuses so I'm glad you insisted on the absolutely need to boil water before using it. I also add that it would probably be preferable that the salt is added before boiling the water (salt can be contaminated too) and to boil water for at least 3 minutes.
Ответитьthank you!! it worked!!
ОтветитьI do eucalyptus wth rhe breathing. It's brutal but it really works.
ОтветитьTysm I had a bad cough with one nose stuffed and this really helped ty
ОтветитьOmg. I had total blockage of my nose and the apnea walk is the ONLY thing that gave me relief! Amazing!
ОтветитьThis is called Sutra nethi in Yoga it is very useful for asthma and Brankitis it is and sinusitis
ОтветитьOMG, thank you!!!!
🙏🙏🙏
The first method magically helps me, amazing ❤!!!
Four thirty am, I can't sleep, I have a cold and it feels like my damn sinuses have collapsed. I don't know what kind of magic that first one was, but by gosh it worked!! Thank you!!!
Ответитьholy crap, this is amazing, nothing else worked but this
ОтветитьIf you have lactose intolerance and/or gluten sensitivity issues, you will have mucus built up in your nose. There are also mucus causing foods including: corn, among other foods. You can look up the list online. As long as you stay away from these certain foods, your congestion will mimimize or completely go away. You're welcome.
Ответитьusing mask during day time will helpful
ОтветитьApena walk very nice
ОтветитьThank you so much I'm so grateful for it....i could breath from time to time. I feel almost dying!!! I couldn't do anything much even though I took different medicine!
I'm grateful for I learn English to be able to understand the techiques you shared.
This sooo good. Tku
ОтветитьCould you do the humming technique?
ОтветитьButenko was Russian, now part of Ukraine. Extraordinary technic.
ОтветитьNot a fan of neti pots. It does clear out the nasal passages for a bit. It's very easy to get water into your ears—and sometimes hard to get it out. I always end up with some water hiding in a sinus or somewhere, so it ends up being a couple minutes of blowing water out of my nose intermittently, as it migrates from wherever it's hiding back into the nasal passages. Then a few drops will fall out of my nose unexpectedly a few minutes later... and again a few minutes later. It's a hassle.
ОтветитьIn WW2 my grandfather had a terrible sinus infection and it was very bad and painful. They didn’t have any meds so the medic used a piano wire to do the nasal flossing which seemed very dangerous. But my grandpa said it helped everything release.
ОтветитьI tried the 1st one. lol
The 2nd and 3rd one i dont have the little pot and the little rubber
😅 I can't believe it works. I tried the first method, the 15-second or step walk 🚶♂️ and that worked for me. I'm great full. Thank you!
ОтветитьThe first one cleared up my nose
ОтветитьI know this was 1 year ago but thanks for doing Apnea Walk technique and it made my one stuffy nose disappear and its really easy to follow
ОтветитьLucas, I have been doing these three apnea walks per day. At the beginning I could not do more that 6seconds. Now I am doing the three sets just following you. My questions are: (1) could I do these three rounds more than once a day?; (2) three rounds is sufficient ? ;(3) any other tip - advise on this? Thanks again for your outstanding and successful effort of sharing health knowledge with us. Greetings from Mexico City. I hope you come some time soon to give a presentation. There are a lot of people here that would be please to meet you here. Thanks
ОтветитьThe first on did work 😊😊😊 🙏 thanks 🙏
