Don't fuck around with me. I literally have pics of the before and after, It does a huge difference with time and effort. I used to have a long and chunky jaw and after lots of face excersises It got a lot better, and believe it or not my friends actually noticed it they said "Wow you have a cute face shape" and I was surprised cause nobody had said that before and then the rest proceeded to agree which is one of the reasons that kept me doing them so it doesn't go back. 😅
