I respect the fact that you actually allow us to decide for ourselves. But here’s why I think bang slams:

Strength: Netero best feat was the zero hand and it barely damaged meruem while the miniature rose one shotted him no problem, I won’t get into more details as when you see how utterly absurd bang’s physical power is, you’ll know how pointless everything besides the zero hand is. To scale bang’s power we need to first off scale genos, genos at the beginning of the series was able to blow ginormous holes through two entire mountains with a single incineration cannon, later on an upgraded version of him fought a dehydrated deep sea king who was not only able confidently rank his incineration with minor damage but also tank several of his punches, then after that he got several upgrades that eventually lead to absolutely curb stomping hydrated deep sea king in 4 minutes. This genos then got several more upgrades after fighting G4 and Awakened Cockroach before finally fighting garou, Garou was able point blank tank incineration cannon from this genos who be several leagues above his beginning of series self with only a shotted eye to show for it, then this garou potentially got rage amp and jump started monsterization process. Then out of nowhere comes base bang begins to completely obliterate garou with no issue, remember here, base bang was blatantly shown to be far superior than this newly upgraded genos who should casually be able to reduce entire mountains to ash at this point. Another thing that supports bang’s mountain shattering levels of physical attacks, is the fact that it was implied that he could deflect the meteor if genos couldn’t do it. Again this is base bang and Bang when potentially using the awakening breath was able to whoop furher ugly who was a darkshine level opponent and potentially scales even higher than a slightly rejuvenated bang who was able to deflect rover’s blast that can generate large earthquakes. At this point bang’s punches should be hundreds of times more powerful than the Tsar Bomb which would put the miniature rose to shame by thousands of times

Speed: Let’s assume that Killua is the speed of lightning and let’s go even higher and assume that Netero is as fast as the return stroke, he would still be too slow. G4 Genos was able to dodge and react several laser beams then going through at least two upgrades before fighting garou, in his fight with garou however, this genos was both being out preformed and out speed by garou, this garou again got ass whoop by base bang, with him being completely helpless. Fast forward to when full power bang fought pre awakening garou who should be unfathomably more powerful than his hero hunter version that it’s not even funny, and this bang kept up with him for a long ass time. Bang at bare minimum should have FTL speeds in general, making him likely tens of times faster than a high balled netero at a minimum. If this was normal Netero then bang would be hundreds of times faster without using the awakening breath.

Endurance: Endurance is a bit vague so I’m going to assume that it’s both stamina and durability. Let’s start off with stamina, I’ll make it short and give it to Netero, the sheer amount of aura that this man has is insane, the fact that zero even damaged meruem is a feat considering that thousands of attacks from the 100-type Guanyin Bodhisattva did nothing to meruem and didn’t even seem to tire Netero out even a bit. But durability is another story entirely, while its safe to assume that bang’s ap is higher than his durability we can’t forget the fact that he should be outright more durable than demon level monsters like the deep sea king can tank mountain busting attacks from genos with minor damage, hell he even took a direct hit from melzargard who’s a dragon and it did was make his a shoulder less stiff. Bang is going to straight eat the zero hand without a single scratch

Combat: I’m sure what you mean by skill but I’m going to assume that you’re referring to skill. I’ll give it to Netero due sheer experience and the fact that Zeno straight up said that Netero was unpredictable, but it might be a bit closer than one would inertially think. Bang himself is a master of masters, his martial arts is described as heavenly by most within his verse, he is easily far more skilled than the likes of hero hunter garou to the point where genos saids the difference between them is day and night, along with suiryu who should be rivaling hero hunter garou skill wise, Suiryu’s able to fodderize people who know all types of martial arts, a guy who’s able to psycho analyze an opponent. While I won’t change my stance on Netero being the more skilled of the two I would that it is much closer that most would think

Battle IQ: Bang a very intelligent fight but this goes to Netero. Nuff said

Power: This one is even more unclear than even the endurance and the combat one. Do you mean over stats? Or do you mean the guy that has better super powers. If it was the former then it goes to Netero

Overall bang wins by virtue of just being inconceivably more powerful than anyone in hxh, Bang would literally be the only person in the world to see Netero as impossibly slow, everyone of Netero’s attacks would basically be massages to him. If this was bloodlusted then I can see bang jumping into the awakening breath immediately and one shot Netero before he even gets to move his hands, if not then they will both have a respectful battle with Netero coming out losing most times but satisfied and Bang would probably be a bit amused at Netero’s abilities.

Fight starts off with bang and netero with close combat. Netero is impressed with bang and decides to unleash his powers gradually. Bang realises netero is going full power and starts using his powers too. After a certain time both are at their max powers, Bang is injured and netero unscathed. The two have a small chat where both praise one another. Fight starts again. Bang starts landing a handful of hits on netero. Now it has comedown to a battle of attrition. Now both are injured and start showing signs of exhaustion. Suddenly they both notice a group of people fighting. They then see HxH fans and OPM fans fighting like crazy. Netero and Bang decide to leave the battle for another day.
