Good video, quick question, my tv starts getting the vertical lines after being on for a few minutes, do you think the same fic might apply?

i didnt see any dust i must be blind, cable coulda just been loose as well which was not in the diagnoses

Will this fix horizontal lines ?

Hi bro my SONY KDL-32EX550 has almost same problem like... When I start tv then some white lines appears and slowly in 5 mins whole display becomes completely white.... And rest all things are working fine like speakers, slots etc.....

So pls help what to do

any help please i waggle one of ribbons and sometimes pictures cone back but only for say 10 seconds then lines again
do i need to replace ribbon

I have Sony Bravia non smart TV...Recently i encounered this issue, video is appearing with visible vertical lines and change of colors with Dim visibility...Shall I try the same technique? When i go to repair shop, when i say the problem... without looking at TV, directly saying motherboard might have crashed...if you replace it will cost more...better to buy new tv..

I have bought sony bravia KD-32W830 TV in month of aug2021 and form past 15 days i am facing an issue. When i turn on my tv I see bands of horizontal colored lines between the android and menu page gets loads and after that these lines dissaper. This issue was not happeing first. I called the service center people and they are saying this is not an issue. Really hopeless people. Can please someone help me to know why this issue is coming.

Good advice 👍 I changed the whole mainboard and T-Con Board and it worked. Maybe i only fixed the issue with the cable Connection during the repair, who knows 🤷🏼‍♂️

My sony tv KD-43X7500E has horizontal lines only in the Home menu option and some ghosting / horizontal lines while playing apps like Netflix, Hotstar etc.
Issue not seen while watching content through HDMI.
