Morning Mr Carrington, great vlog.i have tried those coffee bags and noticed that more hotels are putting it in the room. Take care and have a lovely day 👍🌞🌞
ОтветитьThe sheds best in corner
ОтветитьThe Clemetis needs its roots in the shade and a deeper pot.
ОтветитьIt smells like fresh coffee omg love it all
ОтветитьI have Tyler's of Harrogate coffee in bag it nice
ОтветитьLove kitchen last picture
ОтветитьTulips are £10.50 .
ОтветитьWhere in Amsterdam did you find the Keukenhof? Just for good information The Keukenhof is located in Lisse. Then just say De Keukenhof in the Netherlands. Amsterdam is not the Netherlands, it's just a place in the Netherlands. No more and no less. And Lisse is also a place in the Netherlands and has nothing to do with Amsterdam. I'm always disappointed when my beautiful country is only referred to as Amsterdam. If you like beautiful nature, go to the Veluwe, for example. This nature reserve is located in the largest province of the Netherlands (Gelderland) or go to Arnhem and then to the largest city park in Europe, the beautiful Sonsbeek Park. Both can be viewed for free. Outside of Amsterdam, the Netherlands is very beautiful, beautiful nature, beautiful old cities and lovely people.
ОтветитьLook 👀 good 👍👍👍
ОтветитьCatios are a huge craze for outdoor/indoor kitten playgrounds.
ОтветитьIwan, have you heard of the latest in cat tech? It’s called the Litter Robot. Never have to scoop again.
ОтветитьThere are people in Ontario Canada 🇨🇦 that make specific “ Catios” for indoor cats - so they can go safely outside but be safe.
ОтветитьLOVE the shed as a focal point! The 3 shelves with the natural wood back would be my choice.👍💖
ОтветитьYour tulips 🌷are AMAZING! Don’t cut them, they’re perfect!🙋♀️🇺🇸🥰‼️
ОтветитьAdorable sturdy good quality sentry box small sheds SUFFOLK SENTRY, ask for Justin!
ОтветитьDainty! Legend!🌹🌸🥀🌼

ОтветитьCat risers sound great for on the stair walls. Are you sure you want your shed front and centre like it was shown? If so it would be a great spot for decorative seasonal wreaths! I think I would prefer it in the corner by the door. Dainty’s book is beautiful!❤
ОтветитьA little tip if you have an empty toilet roll, cut a one half inch of it,and put the flowers through the ring, they will stand up Nice.
ОтветитьMaybe a clear shed just a thought . Thank you for sharing
ОтветитьI would go with the more shelves. They r so handy. Roof garden shed-is it going to make the space a bit overcrowded?
ОтветитьDo the cats go on the roof garden? So lovely to watch cats explore their natural environment 😻
ОтветитьSometimes I think it works better when renovations move a bit slower, as it gives you more time to visualise the next steps and plan accordingly. We’ve renovated every surface of our 5 bedroom house (90% completed) and thought it would take 6-12 months. We’re now at the 2 year mark since we first started demolitions and have a whole bathroom, various finishing touches and our landscaping to go. We’ve lived on sire through the whole process (with 6 indoor cats) and did have a bit of renovation burnout about a year ago. It was then we decided to slow down and do things when we have the time rather than running ourselves ragged with early mornings, late nights and busy weekends. I’d love it to be all done, but we’re also busy running 2 businesses, managing my chronic health issues and enjoying family life. It’s all about finding the balance that works for your household!
ОтветитьWhy not add a net over the top so the cats could go out safely?
ОтветитьCan’t wait to see what you decide!
ОтветитьHappy Wednesday Iwan and kittens!! Love your roof garden ideas. That olive tree is fab. A shed is an excellent idea. Maybe you could have some closed storage below and open shelves on top to display some plants.
I got Catherine's book in the post yesterday! Can't wait to go through it.
Have a good rest of the week☺️
Maybe a combo catio and small shed the entrance to your roof garden. Have the shed space off to the side so it would be more like a narrow closet to hang some tools and stack your empty pots and other items also. And then there would be space to have part of the garden area as a catio as well. I’d say keep both close to your garden entrance so you still have the far end more open.
Ответитьthe three shelves might be great two for practical things and the top one for decor ❤
ОтветитьLove shed ideas. I like half open, but due to weather closed may be better. Your kitchen ideas are always terrific , look forward to see how it develops. I am painting and redoing my kitchen. Endless job. Will look onto Dainy's book and channel. I need help.
Ответить❤️
ОтветитьThank you Mr. C.
ОтветитьClematis like their head in the sun, but thei feet in the shade.
ОтветитьDainty’s book is amazing, mine arrived yesterday, but sadly not signed.
ОтветитьGot the keys for my bungalow today!! So excited!! Xx
ОтветитьRoof garden going to be great ,kitchen shelves will look great, good ideas 😊
ОтветитьI don't like the shed on the roof top. I think it looks like an outhouse! Besides, it obscures the view.
ОтветитьA shed is always useful storage space! Thank you for the video!
ОтветитьLoved the Ai programme, but would not put a shed or anything else large on the roof garden... I think keep it for entertaining and relaxing. Its a grate spot to have. Any tools ect in a storage bench.
ОтветитьHey Iwan, I’m a garden designer/landscaper, and looking at your space I believe that the best use of it would be to have a flat roofed garden ‘cupboard’. Then you could put plants on top to incorporate it more or even have a sedum green roof on top. Also maybe think of using a square planter for your olive. As it would use up less space.
ОтветитьAnother good video and very interesting, shed looks great
ОтветитьThe plant with the dried stems is a Sedum Autumn Joy. Bees and butterflies love them.
ОтветитьI enjoyed your little roof paradise. I pictured a small awning over the door with attached shelves on either side facing each other, perhaps with shuttered covers. You have so many options for such a small area. Have fun!
ОтветитьI feel like a shed would overwhelm the rooftop garden. I would either add more bench seating with hidden storage, or have something smaller, maybe next to the door, so when you look out onto your rooftop garden that your view is not obscured by a shed. Just my opinion.
ОтветитьOlive trees love a pot, low maintenance, a quick trim in spring. I've had mine in a pot for 20 years. Change the soil and add compost once in a while. Lovely roof garden, very exciting.
ОтветитьOn the Clematis it depends what type it is. They can sulk when first planted. Give them a few years, not too much direct sun and a bit of a support to grow on.
Ответить❤❤❤ The Tulips So realistic 👏🏼👏🏼 it all takes time and effort, it’s always the way Enjoyed this look see ❤
ОтветитьClematis needs some sort of trellis to cling on too😮
ОтветитьThank you Mr.C. I think a little garden shed would be nice.👍👍❤
