Starting Over, Spy Pengling Update, Part 1, Subnautica Below Zero

The new Spy Pengling update will not trigger on my previous game where I had played to the end of the story line... never get the supply drop with the tether and teleportation module blue print in it. So, I am starting over with the intent of mapping as much as possible and doing alternate ways of playing rather than just follow the story line.
