Thank you for creating this video. For the last year, I've been experiencing a severe hairfall over the last twelve months. In the past, I had a long and thick hair. However, later, my hair experienced significantly reduced thickness. I experienced a significant stressful period throughout a couple of months. Over time, dietary choices lacking nutrition became a factor as well. So, I enhanced my diet and began consuming more of leafy greens and nutritious nuts. I began engaging in yoga exercises and yoga and meditation daily to lessen my anxiety. Finally, I ditched all synthetic hair shampoos and hair oils and began using the LittleExtra Cocoonion kit for reducing hair fall. My hair locked up on me when I had COVID I had my hair in a protective style after I got better I went to do my hair I had dread locks that looked like my hair was burned together or someone glued it together I have never seen anything like it I cried walked around with my hair in a bun. Put all types of de tangles in my hair even horse hair de tangle nothing work it was horrible. I had been growing my hair for 10 years got the courage to cut the dreads out 15 inches of hair but what ever caused that God blessed me 3x with thick, healthy hair growing faster than before. God is good he knows I was so hurt.

How can I get my curls back after flat iron my hair sinds december 2022?
This is the first time that I ironed my hair and after 7 months I did not get my curls back. I wash my hair at least 3x a month, using shampoo and conditioner and moisture it and still the half of my hair is still flat. From the middle to the end of my hair.
