Manipulate Strings with the Characters package (Dart Package of the week #3)

In today's package of the week we will learn how to manipulate strings with the characters package. This package allows you to effectively traverse and manipulate strings while perceiving them the way a user would. This is useful when working with characters outside the UTF-16 range set, like emojis.
