Hey Ruby, I was just there last week and Stayed @ Aria and Resorts World for the 1st time. Ate @ Junior's which was great and Crossroads which is plant based and has a really nice Vibe and Ambiance. I'm there 2-3x per year so I will come next year, most likely after the Superbowl and want to stay @ the new Durango or Fountainebleau but don't have comps there yet. Thanks for the Updates. Thankyou Ruby for this big update i love your videos!! I will be coming back to Vegas in May and staying at Cosmopolitan. This will be my 5th trip and yet I'm still as excited as my very first time.

Loved Durango grand opening, unlike any of the other casinos/hotels. Lots of natural light and not so dark like other casinos. Love the Restaurant choices that are not chains.

Ruby, thank you for such an extensive and inclusive video! Great job!!! While it is nice to see all the new changes and things happening in LV, what is very clear is that increasingly the main demographic that is being targeted for LV is affluent visitors who have money to burn. For many years LV was accessible to the average Joe, and everything was priced very reasonably and was affordable for all the average Joes who visited. Today, however, a lot of average Joes cannot afford a LV vacation because everything has gone up so much. Food and show-ticket prices have especially skyrocketed, not to mention hotel rates, since LV is now more for the "high-end" visitor than for the average Joe, which I think is sad. ☹☹☹

I'm confused - I thought we were going to hear the new things opening in 2024. But most of what you mentioned are things that opened over 1/2 a year ago. We went and had a late night coffee and dessert in Caffe al Teatro last December 2022.

Happily, the Mirage pool will be opened in the spring, and the Mirage will still be the Mirage at that time.

I don't know how many high end shopping places they need on the Strip. I just traveled there in November and besides the Crystal Shops, there were high end stores in several hotels. I'm like do they really need three or four Cartiers, Fendi''s etc?

If you’re wondering how to afford the all of the high end lounges and restaurants.. Literally all you have to do is go down to the casino and win the money. Simple

It seems as though gambling in LV is starting to take a back seat to other activities and experiences. Things just seem to be so ridiculously expensive, especially all of the high end restaurants everywhere. A far cry from the Vegas of yesteryear.

I'll be there in Feb. Staying at the Strat, if only for the cheap rooms. That said, I have to check out some of those festivals since that myvegas slot app is offering free rooms at this point....

March 2024, staying at the Hilton on the BLVD

I have mentioned this before I believe but would really like to recommend PublicUs downtown it is a fantastic farm to table breakfast and lunch restaurant with amazing fresh baked breads and goodies as well as fantastic coffee. Please check it out and consider giving them a review!
