If the guy doing the "creepshot" is tall, dark and handsome to the girl, I doubt that she'd care if he photographed her. It's all about who's taking the picture. Apparently unattractive men are "Creeps". Wow thats nice! Not only does an unattractive man gotta suffer constant rejection because of his looks, now he cant even enjoy looking at a hot arse ! How nice ! Attractive people are so priviledged !!

They’re only “Creepshots” if the guy that’s photographing the girl is physically unattractive to her but if he’s a tall, dark, handsome guy with a 6 figure bank account, he’s ok to photograph her all he wants!! So as always, it’s her call. So “creepshot” is the females perception of the guy photographing her. If she’s ok with it, then it’s not a creepshot. Women rule over men especially in Western society. Men have needs and they’re not being met in Western society thanks to feminism.

Amazing how railroaded you can be by police when you don't have the sense to hire a lawyer, and your public defender is an idiot. Filming in public is not an illegal act nor does it constitute probable cause for a warrant. The warrant should have been quashed and the prosecution sanctioned.
