Majority of the bible is talking about black people. If you're going based on colour of skin even the first man and woman, Adam and Eve were black. If you're talking about nations/races majority are still black people. After all majority of the book takes place in Africa. Even down to The Children of Israel are black. Jacob's name was changed to Israel and that's how The Children of Israel came about. Jacob was a black man from Africa.
