Lol the bye at the end is so cute, Hugs too for feeling increased symptoms at the moment , great idea about the extra veg in the smoothie never would of thought of that. My current one is half cup frozen blueberries with 1 cup almond milk and 2 tbsp almond butter 2 tbsp flaxseeds its really nice and almost 10g protein added to my veggie breakfast. :) x

How did you decide going paleo? Have you done some research or see a nutritionist?
I'm considering going glutenfree vegan.

20 years ago while i was doing anything and everything my doctors were telling me... I went yeast free diet first then 4 weeks dairy free- then wheat ( gluten free ) 6 months-vegetarian for a long period of time.
Pretty much tried everything! Just recently i decided i was going to try Vegan.... this was hard because i love salmon and truly believe it's important for my health! The dairy free was actually the most difficult, especially when i have kids at home that love yogurt, cheese etc...so basically just went vegetarian again. So this is opposite of what your doing! Well actually I still eat salmon hahahaha so no red meat. Honestly just want to share from my experience less gluten and no meat is when i feel my best? Less chronic pain for sure from no gluten! Its much easier these days to accomplish this as 20 years ago it was pretty much rice cakes. I love this forum so we can all share what works best for us. As I mentioned the last video ...pregnancy was my healing 😊 but, after i read thru others comments i felt bad being that there are many with little ones that still struggle daily... So it just makes me realize although we share the same diagnosis, each of us can feel well for different reasons. Love, Love, Love you... You continue to bless so many of us Mandy with your words and your joyful spirit!

Thanks for your honesty. I love what you said about making hard choices. My mama is suffering with a chronic illness and I know that's been one of the hardest things for her. She's had to say no to important events and things when she's feeling her worst. It's no fun. Praying that you find rest, energy & healing & that Jesus is close to you in a way you can feel throughout this whole process!

yes listening to your body is so important even if we don't like what it's saying. Know when to do what you can, but also when to call it quits for a bit. I really feel with this, especially with church it's so hard to not go because you know you'll enjoy it but also that it'll drain you. Keep fighting 👊

Thank you for the great food ideas! I've been trying really hard to actually eat better to help my body function and heal a little better. It's so hard knowing where to start and looking up recipes and ideas gets tiring and confusing. I've taking a lot of pieces of what you've shown and I plan to use more of them!

Sorry youre having a flare up atm. Ive tried to do a bit of yoga the last few days but i think im overdoing it because my fatigue and pain is increasing. Need to do maybe just three poses really gently, hopefully that'll be ok. Your food looked yummy- i want purple chips now! Hugs 💖💖💖xx

I'm sorry you're feeling worse hun. I stay in post exertional malaise every day almost it's like one big flare that never goes away. Like a complete loss of energy. Hope it passes for you quickly and u start feeling better. Cfs is the hardest thing i have ever dealt with.

I know what you mean, I made the decision to go to Knoxville to help my long distance boyfriend clean his apartment before his move to be closer to me and it ended up being crazy. I'm so grateful that my mom was willing to drive me because I crashed hours before we even got home. By the time we walked in the house my pain and fatigue were so bad I was just curled up on the couch crying. It may not have been the best decision for my health.... It's so hard choosing between the things that you want to do and what you should do.

Can I get your Tahini dressing recipe? My husband and I are loving your blueberry smoothie recipe. We bought the bone broth through your link, he got the protein and I got the collagen one and love it.
I found your channel from your Dad’s Facebook post. We went to Life Church when we lived in Tulsa. We now live in Colorado and watch online. Fingers crossed 🤞 for a Colorado location.
