How to reset your Dyson Cyclone V10™ cordless vacuum's cleaner head

Depues de limpiar el cabezal no gira y la pieza tampoco, y seguí todas las instrucciones de como limpiarlo. Para lo que vale que se rompa en un año no merece la pena.

After I opened it up and cleaned it, I put it back in but it wouldn't spin anymore. Although I checked the part to see if the motor starts without reassembling it or not, and it actually works. What could be the problem?

I tried this but once opened, the roller wont slide out like it does in the video. It will come out maybe 1cm max. Using foce doesn’t seem to help

These things constantly clog with long hair. I'm about to throw mine in bin

So over this vacuum. The filter light and the light underneath it is always coming in even though I keep replacing the filter and check for blockages. Already sent it away once for repair. Now the cleaner head is making a whirring sound when I turn it on. That's why I'm here, I have checked everything and all seems ok. Going to chuck it out shortly

Terrible product. Spent so much money and only lasted 1.5 years…. Even went through hell and back to find a replacement head. Still won’t spin. No one will repair it. Garbage product. Dyson used to be so great

I tried this and it didn't work. The head still doesn't spin. There apparently to be a broken plastic piece inside, which maybe is the real problem. Not sure.

As a long-haired human, my biggest issue is the head eventually getting clogged by long human hair. For those who either are, or have a long-haired human, keep some scissors handy when you go to clean it out. It makes it MUCH easier to remove long human hairs from the head roller. Suffice to say it does feel a bit grosser than just removing a shoelace, but hey.

I can't remove the head at all, when I rotate the lock it only goes so far!

I can’t believe my head broke already. It had a delay for turning. I took it apart to clean but found a broken plastic piece. How can I take it apart further and replace it? If I can take it apart I may be able to glue the part if it’s not available. I am so bummed. I really liked this vacuum and have been recommending it.

My brand new hardwood head jammed. The jam was removed but now the head does not rotate. Please advise this is a Dyson V10 Animal.
