This was brilliant!
ОтветитьImportant takeaways:
-"People are looking for divine experiences from their relationship with people like they are some kind of God." Don't expect Utopia in relationships. Stay real in -person.
- "if you want to know the real side of someone, put them in a social situation and spend time with them there." Even if they're introverts, staying close with them in social situations will unveil their real personality to you.
- the "spark" you seek with someone doesn't have to look like the euphoric experiences they show in movies. It can be unglamorous, simple.
bring more psychologists sir , its fascinating to learn more about mental health
ОтветитьSoooo meaningful ✨️ thanks 😊 🙏
ОтветитьYou need to do a series of interviewing people that are 80+ years old to get their relationship and life lessons.
ОтветитьYou can do a “love story” with a Porsche but your “life story” will be a dear old Toyota 😅
ОтветитьDid anyone count how many times Jay said “the idear of”? 💀
ОтветитьThat bracelet is freaking me out
ОтветитьI would love to see more podcasts addressing mental illness in relationships. The same approaches and philosophies are not applicable. But many of us still desire a loving relationship.
Ответить@jay shetty & @esther, you guys hit it off so beautifully, challenging each other gracefully and letting us learn about how to cultivate beautiful relationships in the process ❤❤
ОтветитьI think the poet he is referring to is the wonderful Najwa Zeibian (apologies if I spelt the name wrong)
ОтветитьI love how She explains the situations❤❤❤
ОтветитьThat is brilliant talk. Thank You 💕
ОтветитьDoes Esther provide therapy sessions? 🙏🏻
ОтветитьDoes Esther provide therapy sessions? 🙏🏻
ОтветитьThis was such an impactful conversation,I made notes of the points raised here
ОтветитьI think Jay's ideas towards the end were very relatable and Ester's view on it was a different approach for example: Jay said we often want our partners to make us feel perfect whereas Ester see the need for perfection as the thing we can use to reflect on our flaws ...two different perspectives
Ответитьtwo of my favorite people in the same room same frame! Great conversation!! Thank you Jay for this!! Esther is too good!!
ОтветитьLove you both! Amazing!
ОтветитьBro she’s jacked
She needs a masterclass for her workouts too
Absolutely love love her! ❤
ОтветитьThe best duo and the best conversation I've ever heard👍🏻 And I really went through and still go through these exact things. So I deeply agree with all the opinions.I have been following both Jay and Ester Perel for 2,3 years. Love both of your opinions ❤
ОтветитьBoth my favourites together...thanks for all the insights
ОтветитьI love your podcast Jay but the ads (every 5 mins!) are making it harder and harder to enjoy…
ОтветитьThe answer is not in the extreme determination, Its in the ability to hold inherent contradictions.
ОтветитьThe insight of this woman is unparalleled. Such a privilege to have access to her thoughts
ОтветитьWell I certainly found this therapeutic. I’m sorry you have challenges currently and I appreciate your willingness to share .
ОтветитьThanks for sharing both your brilliance and love with the world ❤️🥰
ОтветитьI've listened to much of what's available of Esther Perel, this conversation is one of the best interviews I've seen!
ОтветитьI want a life story with all its work & hardships. So tired of only love stories.
ОтветитьThank you, Jay, for bringing her on this episode. Listening to both of you felt like an enlightening experience. Ester Perel is so generous and energetic. Just loved her. I will never be bored of listening her. Love to see her again. Thanks!
ОтветитьJay Shetty gets a lot of things right about how to live life in a lighter, wiser way. The only thing he's missing is the understanding that being a better version of ourselves is not the end goal of life.
ОтветитьA lot of what Esther described was 100% true for me and my wife.
When I first dated my wife, there were so many things I didn’t like about her, a lot lol
There is such truth in this podcast. I'm gonna listen multiple times and take notes!
ОтветитьI wish I could have Esther as my therapist.
Ответитьthank you!!
ОтветитьUghhh.... love this woman's take on relationships ❤
Ответитьso good !
ОтветитьRelationships are hard work. I am a witness, and sound accountability is paramount!!
Ответить❤❤❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьI mean is she in my marriage and head because she is on POINT !!
ОтветитьThe contact is very important… mutual values and interest.. Until the couple get together and sharing, never will find out
It is important the contact…
I want to know when are you making the life lessons videos again like you used to do?
ОтветитьWhat must I do in the USA 😢2024 Love that story ❤ Alam 💪💯🤠
ОтветитьThis is simply good stuff. Nice! Btw,Anyone know the poem?
ОтветитьThis lady is phenomenal.
ОтветитьHe speaks more than all of his guests! Combined!! Let the guest speak please
