I think Jay's ideas towards the end were very relatable and Ester's view on it was a different approach for example: Jay said we often want our partners to make us feel perfect whereas Ester see the need for perfection as the thing we can use to reflect on our flaws ...two different perspectives

Jay Shetty gets a lot of things right about how to live life in a lighter, wiser way. The only thing he's missing is the understanding that being a better version of ourselves is not the end goal of life.
