The woman 100% needed medical help. A woman in my building banged on my door in the middle of the night holding her degloved finger and I drove her to the hospital. It was very creepy seeing a woman covered in blood through the peephole at 2am

Listen I know when you guys live in a very nice neighborhood you think you can let your guard down a little and sleep with doors unlocked and windows unlocked…no not at all those are what they call the easy targets…I was born and raised in Gary Indiana to where we had metal bars on our windows…now I live in a neighborhood where my neighbors house just sold for $500,000…I still keep the same mentality lock my doors and my windows no one is going to catch me slipping…

I grew up in a really horrible part of Los Angeles no one even knows about usually, and there were multiple times some drunk weirdo came pounding on our door yelling "let me in" thinking they lived there or who knows what. But I'll never forget the one time some man came running down the street screaming bloody murder "HELP ME" and saw I had a candle on in my room, came to the porch (our house had two front entrances it was a weird house) and was pleading with me to open the door, I was maybe 14 and completely froze, I had never been so terrified, after a few minutes of pleading he ran down the street and then I heard a car screeching and he screamed then went silent. I immediately ran to my mom's room and woke her up it was like midnight, we called police, they supposedly came and looked around but of course didn't find anything.. the next morning we found blood drops and spatter on the porch, the man was injured... the cops came and took a swab, but we never heard back. They assumed it was gang related as that was typical for the neighborhood, and that was that. They didn't care that a man was likely abducted and murdered outside our house. The man's screams haunt me more than 15 years later, I could have opened the door.... but I thought it was just another scary drunk man or burglar....

Pursuant to the parties’ stipulation, the panel found that the respondent committed professional misconduct when he was convicted in 2020 and 2021 for misdemeanor disorderly person (window peeping) in violation of MCL 750.167(1)(c) and his 2021 criminal conviction for misdemeanor trespassing in violation of MCR 750.552, reduced from window peeping (People v Donovan Rashaad Johnson, Case 20BT00820, 48th District Court; People v Donovan Rashaad Johnson, Case 20SO0149A, 46th District Court; People v Donovan Rashaad Johnson, Case 20-004728, 52-3rd District Court.)

Based on the respondent’s admissions and the stipulation of the parties, the panel found that the respondent engaged in conduct that violated a criminal law of a state or of the United States, an ordinance, or tribal law pursuant to MCR 2.615 in violation of MCR 9.104(5).

In accordance with the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that the respondent’s license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for 180 days with conditions relevant to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $820.91.

This is the reason why most people who have a large home should have the ability to stop anybody from getting to the front door by putting a proper gated area in the front door area. The front yard I should say it can be easily put together. I know it cost money, but it’s better.
