yeah that thing about not liking water is just bullshit, if you go far enough to go really thirsty you will LOVE water, we are humans we need it to live, so whether you like it or not you need it !,

I would not advise "Water Fasting" but I would advise to eat regularly. Know that if You are diagnosed with illnesses Blood Pressure, Cholesterol, Trigs and LDL, Diabetes. I am in the first couple of Weeks on drinking more Water to detox and i feel i am drudging through My sickness and getting side effects there of.

You gotta eliminate or lower carbohydrates too.

Wow, I have all the symptoms you just named and no I DON'T drink enough water, unless it's flavored seltzer water. I'm stocking up on cases of bottled water NOW!

I absolutely LOVE WATER! I agree with you about half the body weight. I make my kids drink half their body weight. I tell them, “you don’t know how important it is to drink water” it’s such a healthy natural medicine from God.
