7 years only, and the round table is sooooo white.... compare with last year's table - or the year before.... 2016 was this the OSCAR SO WHITE year???

I have to say, the portrayal Cate Blanchette did of Irish journalist, Veronica Guerin was phenomenal and I love her so much for that. I think all of these women are so intelligent and beautiful.

Whos genuis idea was it to get a group of hollywood actresses together to talk and throw a man in there.. women understand women on another level, i think having a woman presenter for these types of videos would be much better, the same as having male presenters for the actors round-table.

I would have enjoyed this interview if the interviewer stopped interjecting the actresses' dialogues. Maybe having a lady interviewing then would have served the purpose better.

Lawrence being paid less is not entirely about gender.. where is her experience in her job comparatively to her co-stars who perhaps have been acting longer and are more experienced and that’s why they got paid more…

I love hearing that it felt “nuts” to keep trying for a gig where you have to be really vulnerable and “on” , that you’ll very likely never get, that no one will likely validate you doing , that everyone around you will likely negate your idea, but that nothing else feels as right for you and fits you. How many people try for it, but really don’t need it as much ?

While all of these individuals are exceptional, it would be nice to see a panel constructed showcasing greater diversity. Also, I would love to hear from women directors as to why there are so few represented within the field and the glass ceilings in which they have encountered in their careers.
