Please Remaster one of the oldest Games that were on Xbox 360 and ps3 Record of Agarest war it was by far the most Heart warming and Adrenaline pumping, therefore we want them on PS5 and 4 and Xbox and pc
ОтветитьCompile Heart and IF are particularly small studios, nowadays it doesn't really mean anything since we also know how small is Game Freaks.
They've been using the same engine for a while too, and to me personally I'd play the game for the cute characters.
I love it when story writers start with something dumb and seemingly unimportant, but can get serious when the time requires them to be serious. You don't see that often in games where the setting is super serious like "a demon lord is coming" or "the world is ending soon".
Compile Heart has become one of those developers that I'd be more than happy if I never hear anyone ever talk about ever again. As this video encapsulates, so much of the discussion surrounding them and their games has become rather tiring to deal with. Like, I get it, their games aren't going to be for everyone for a number of reasons, or even most people around these parts. Because, of course, they are niche. Plenty of other developers are in the same boat, like NIS or FuRyu. But the sheer lengths some people go to hate them specifically and actively dissuade others is astounding.
Same goes for Idea Factory technically but they don't really make games anymore. Well, non-Otome games anyway. Not that they were all that popular when they did.
curious, does Compile Heart own Neptunia or does IF own the series? I understand IF is the parent company to Compile Heart, so the obvious answer would seem like yes. however in the hypothetical unlikely situation Compile Heart was to become independent from IF, who would own the series?
ОтветитьI never enjoyed their rpgs, not even a single one. And god knows I tried. On paper their games are for me. I mean, I enjoy fan service, dungeon crawling, cartoony aesthetics, etc.
The problem lies in the execution. There is always something in the mechanics that annoys me, up to the point where I lose interest completely.
IF and CompileHeart = meh
