I only thing I worry about gyming is finishing gyming because gyming doesn't care about you
ОтветитьMotivation is instant gratification dopamine discipline is delayed gratification dopamine
ОтветитьSo what you're saying is that we should do things in life that we have absolutely no desire to do so that we can make loads of money to buy things we don't need to impress people we don't like?
ОтветитьUr the real deal Boss😊

ОтветитьTambien soy de Honduras man.having being a kid there prepared me to endure anything in this country. Life is too easy here, people are spoiled. people don't even appreciate how convenient everything is here, they even drive up to the mailbox. I came here to kick ass and take names, nobody can stop me but me.
ОтветитьA motivational man is Dangerous,

ОтветитьExcellent advice sir, right on point!...
ОтветитьFocusing too much on motivation the past year made me procrastinate alot more than I ever have. But thanks to The Odds1Out, Andrew Tate and Your I realized my focus on motivation was stupid.
Now I focus on developing discipline. It’s helped alot in the past week.

ОтветитьYou talking some real shit, the messaged was well received. Thank you 💯 New Subscriber
Ответитьtruly a great video, it inspires me to think I can do great things. i always wanted to do great things, and never lost hope, and i wanna keep working on it. i want many things, but it all keeps being so daunting. u inspire me to push through and give it my all. to always reach for higher and to be patient. after 11 years i finally was able to move to America and be able to stay. started working out 3 years ago to improve my body and self-image and confidence. worked on my social skills to be more comfortable around people. buying my first car soon, to be able to work more jobs and get around easier. i have a plan, it requires discipline. shit tons of it. i dont plan on stopping, idc how daunting it is, ill keep it pushin for as long as i humanly can
ОтветитьLove it

ОтветитьSummary:
1) Focusing too much on motivation:
Motivation only gives you temporary dopamine. Instead develop a routine and stick to it to overcome your emotions, give you strength, and keep you grounded.
2) Comfort:
Know that your life could be worse. If you are having a bad day, someone else is probably having a worse one.
3) Comfort leads to entitlement:
You think you deserve things (better pay, roof over your head, etc). Instead shift your mentality to provide as much value to society as possible and earn those things. If you're broke, you didn't provide enough value somewhere. You can be fat, fit, brown, black, white.
4) You lack self-awareness:
Looking inwards to identify your weaknesses rather than letting them be mental barriers. If you're not smart, read more. If you're poor, work harder to provide more value. If you're overweight, go to the gym. If you don't identify and fix your weakness, you'll end up using them as a crutch. I can't do this because I'm fat/brown/impoverished.
5) You lack gratitude:
Kind of related to point 2. Count your blessings and how far you've come. Don't compare yourself to the 1% in terms of what luxury they have. See that life is good if you have roof over your head, clothes on your back, and food everyday. Realize you have the necessities so now the only way is up.
Used to watch you back in 2017, back now and glad to see the progress you've made!
ОтветитьI'm so glad I came across this, I really needed this eye-opener... amazing content bro,

Ответитьi agree brother, but to point 1 i can say that u gotta love what u are doing, so u dont even need to search for motivation but automatically are- cos u love it.
