i dont know if this is just me, but in the recording-advance tab, if i got in to 2 channel i only hear my voice coming out of 1 ear, i think thats a little strange, but i wonder if the second channel implies more than 1 microphone. im still learning this stuff so that might seem obvious, but i learn't something new today lol

You will reduce your audio quality generally by increasing sample rate as windows will upscale and so mess with the signal. Unless your actually feeding it 192khz. Turning on bass boost etc also messes with the signal. Bad ideas in my experience.

Could anybody tell me why my computer detected my usb speakers as headphones? And it cannot change the sound quality in the advanced setting. How could I fix it?

Hey, what causes the other audio options to be greyed out? I'm locked at dvd quality with the headphones I got, I'm not sure if it's a motherboard issue or what. I'm having a really hard time finding out. :(

My 4K UHD web camera with the built-in microphone is so bad it sounds muffled unclear and distorted and when you talk you can hear this distorted sine wave when you talk

This is ambiguous. Do you have ways to improve the quality of an existing audio file? There is software to do that. FIRST explain exactly what process you are improving: MAKING an audio file? PLAYING an audio file? Improving the SPEAKER? Improving the MICROPHONE?

I don't got the enhancement tab on my laptop, what can be the problem?

suggestions for good setting for powerbeats? i swear all apple products sound the same and are very lame. no bass at all on these guys. i've been through 4apple products and they all sound like sony wf700 which sound like crap for the price

I just came here to say that before my windows changed sounds in games were smooth (gunshots didn't do heart attacks and footsteps were easier to hear), now everything is messed up in every possible way, i tried to unistall the sound driver and installed it later, but nothing changed, sooo what's wrong with my pc '_'
