Hi, I'm a therapist and CPTSD survivor who has just stumbled across your channel. I absolutely support your mission to democratise healing. I have been told many times within my profession not to share potent healing resources with clients that they can use outside of sessions. But for me, these techniques were life saving and if I had just healed one hour a week in therapy (when I could afford it) I would never had survived. I'm so glad about the work you are doing to share such important knowledge.
ОтветитьI have been struggeling my whole life and now i am 47 and resently diagnosed with cpstd.
Now it is time to learn how to heal. Thank you for this video❤❤
I have sevre aggression from it . I ruin every relationship.
Im never understood
People cant tolerate me
Abuse was my entire life
Can you heal at 82 on a SS ?
ОтветитьTell to keep the kitchen clean to a homeless person
ОтветитьIt's not only about doing something to heal, financial problems keep people from being able to do so
ОтветитьAyahuasca
ОтветитьWhat book/articles would you recommend to understand CPTSD or emotional dysregulation?
ОтветитьThanks you✨
ОтветитьThank yoh so VERY much for your videos. Therapist here start at $100. Per hour. No way I can afford that.
ОтветитьSome people just don’t get much better especially if the traumas occur as an adult and you don’t figure it out because of other physical injuries like multiple concussions, Neck and back injuries…
ОтветитьI had a major breakthrough yesterday: my husband stated that he was going to give our 2 year old a shower, instead of a bath, and I lost my cookie. I freaked out because my mother neglected us kids and I wrongfully believed my husband was just being lazy, like my mom. Just being able to recognize when I'm triggered has been the most important part of my healing.
ОтветитьHi CCF, I'm a loyal fan having watched many of your videos. In my attachement trauma and CPTSD healing journey I recently came accross an article about the vagus nerve and its relationship to CPTSD. Could you perhaps make a video about this and how it could help us in our respective healing processes? Thanks in advance!
ОтветитьAwesome advice, thank you CCF ❤🩹
ОтветитьAll good but how?? How not to get triggered? Mind would be okay but body still goes into overdrive
Ответить💕🙏💕
ОтветитьI suffer.. I have tried for 12 years..
ОтветитьI love your empowered approach.
ОтветитьI am so excited that there is a growing abundance of resources like this out there for CPTSD. I absolutely love my parents but they were only 19 when they had me. My dad had unresolved trauma that made my childhood very difficult, and it's lead me to a life of depression, social anxiety, and panic disorder. PTSD is better known as a veteran's issue or partner-based domestic violence abuse. There haven't been resources in the last 20 years for children of domestic violence. But that's where it all stems from, for so many issues. It's exciting to see this change and awareness. I recently went through old videos of my childhood — my family loved to record the good times — and I put together a video as a form of therapy. I don't know if it'll help anyone else, but maybe it can. Regardless, it's fun to see flashbacks to the 90s. I was sobbing for a solid 24 hours straight making it.
ОтветитьHave a question from whoever that can answer.
When you're watching movie scenes about what's triggering to you or suddenly hear news related to your trauma, how do you deal with the sudden increase in your heartbeat, chest tightness and all this symptoms?
It can happen when I'm inside the class or when I'm waiting for the bus and don't know what to do.
I used alprazolam years ago but didn't liked it so didn't continued using them.
Anna, thank you so much for this video. Very helpful.
Ответить#8 is outstanding; maybe 12 minutes in?
"I attract mosquitoes but I don't marry them! What I attract has nothing to do with what I attach to." 👊👊 ❤❤🎉🎉
Love your videos. ❤
ОтветитьIt's difficult to let go of people who trigger you every time you speak to them if those are the ones who implemented cPTSD in you in the first place: your parents. And they do the same damage now to my little nieces. Implementing cPTSD by overcontrolling, chronically worrying parents and grandparents who punish children for their emotions and only focus on their school success for over 50 years now. But I am working on it.
ОтветитьYou are a very good presenter. Thank you
ОтветитьWhat if i really dont belong anywhere ?
ОтветитьI was actually assigned some of your videos by my psychologist ! This is definitely my life, although the childhood details are very different. I was a quiet and shy gal, with a few coping habits from as long as I can remember. I sucked my fingers, I still twirl my hair consistently when I'm alone. I recently was triggered by an incident that sent me into the longest emotional withdrawal of my life. Thank you for what you do ! I'm catching up.
ОтветитьIt is hard right now. Over two years since diagnosis, lots of progress, just not where I want to be so badly.
ОтветитьMindfulness is awesome for doing this diffusing.
ОтветитьOne day, out of the blue, I understood completely how much God loves and cherishes me as I am. So I invited him to fill my heart with His Love and Heavenly Peace to overflowing.
I felt his love surround me like a warm comforting blanket. I no longer worry about what anyone thinks of me. Whether they like me or not. Care about me or not. Knowing Jesus loves me by dying on the cross to save me from hell is more than enough for me!
Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful (humbled and his disciples of peace). Colossians 3:15 NIV
My heart is filled with so much of his heavenly peace that it overflows with heavenly love. I feel so loved and cherished. NO ONE AND NOTHING CAN EVER HURT ME AGAIN! Now, I am at peace with everything and everyone in my life. I can even forgive and bless my enemies! If you haven't already, I encourage you to invite him! He is knocking at the door of your heart waiting for you to open it so he can embrace you with Heavenly Love! JESUS SAID keep your mind on him and he will keep you in perfect heavenly peace. NO ONE AND NOTHING WILL HARM YOU WHEN HE'S IN YOUR HEART.
Your explanations and symptoms of CPTSD are spot on as to how I am , my life is, and steps to heal have brought such relief and hope for my personal healing, truly a God send. You made sense of my scattered mind, actions and relationships . I had whole team of mental health people for 7 years , once I startedtalk therapy , I had two sessions, the second one the therapist was like your going to talk about that again, and it was truly something very disturbing to me. Theyquit me . And I haven't been the same, I felt so alone, its been about 5-6 years since then and stumbling upon your videos I feel I can be healed. Thank you so much. Will be watching and tuning in as much as I can. Very grateful🙏🌄😊
Ответить“I attract mosquitoes, but I don’t marry them”. 😆😂🤣 You, Madam, are brilliant! ♥🥰♥
ОтветитьThank you I just wrote all these down. I like the idea of being able to identify all this and navigate life. I am a single mum and really appreciate this
ОтветитьOmg at last someone who understands. Nothing was working for me and felt like a failure. Went to numerous therapists. Going to try your methods. Thank you for doing what you do 💜
ОтветитьAnna, I truly am so blessed to have found you. This is groundbreaking, finally! I long to be at the place I can even afford your courses! I'm doing the technique twice a day and it is truly working, I look forward to it so much. So many of these things in your free I have done, am beginning, and look forward to...I feel like I'm stuck there though. I have never even had a career yet! I'm so ready for my life to begin...I wish the next step would be revealed, because I've been in the "just get a job any job" to get by for so many years. I have a great part time cleaning job, but I can't do this forever. I want a career! I am 46 years old, and feel so broken.
ОтветитьThis video was so authentic and very relatable.
Thanks for sharing
Fantastic guidance. Better Late then never in old age cannot break away have to work on what I can mentally.

ОтветитьMy list would look something like:
Prioritize my finances
LEARN to discuss finances
Get outside and walk more
I’ve entered into a coda meeting because I need community
I’m prioritizing sleep and fitness
Move into my own place (I had a bad crohns flare and had to move back home, but I’m better now so I can move) LA is expensive tho
I think I’m just uncertain on the how part.
But I mostly need to become more independent and not have so much shame about where I’m at.
🙏🥀♥️🥀🕊️
ОтветитьI am really appreciating your material these days...and how you deliver it! It is really resonating with me.
ОтветитьSo much resonates! Unbelievable information for me ! So much awareness 😊
