Ubuntu Installer timezone selector country and city bugs

Typing the countries of UAE and Bahrain have the wrong timezone set to somewhere in west africa and typing major city names like Dubai, Cairo, and Kolkata, which are identical to the names that appear when clicking on the map, dont show any auto complete results.

Tested on Xubuntu 19.10 Daily
