Oral contraceptive use and mortality risk

Very informative video about a truly great study!  I'm wondering why oral contraceptive (OCP) use is associated with violent and accidental deaths.. are those that take OCPs more likely to live dangerously?  Also, where is a birth control pill for men?!

How big was the increase in breast cancer deaths and at what ages, and how big was the decrease in ovarian cancer deaths and at what ages. Thanks.
