And it is delicious; you can get to. Point where you are breathing very, very little and feel completely happy and without worry if you feel pain in any part of your body, isolate it. Concentrate on the pain so that your whole attention is devoted to feeling it and studying how it feels exactly. You will see that after a while of doing this, it is impossible for the pain to stay; it gets numb and then goes away. I’ve had 24 general anesthesia surgeries due to a skydiving accident where I broke nearly everything. I know pain.
